The staff at the Starbucks on airport road is really great, this is the only Starbucks in the area so it is typically busy but they always have service with a smile. The drive-thru situation is a bit of a cluster because people block the parking lot so it's kind of difficult to get in and get out. I always order ahead with the app.
This Nautica Dr is our go to stop coming and going to Florida. Food, service, and people were always great but last week I left a light sweater and realized it 200 miles up the road. Called the store and employee Barry found it and took my address and personally arranged to mail it to my home. His caring and going that extra mile was impressive.
I love Starbucks, and have been a loyal customer for decades. Today I walked into this store to get a short cup of hot water to make a cup of Starbucks VIA coffee. I was denied the water, and told it was because the manager didn't allow hot water to be given to a customer (??!!). I was literally denied 8 ozs of hot water to make a product Starbucks sells. Make it make sense. I called the corporate office to clarify this policy, and was told it was NOT their policy to deny a customer water - hot or otherwise. I don't understand why a manager would think this is a good idea. I hope they see this review, and reverse course.
Would definitely be 0 stars these people is racist and how one lady just stood looking at me so another lady came to help which made me think maybe she training until a white man walked up and she ran to do his order. Ok cool whatever but then my coffee is done and I’m literally in front of the counter she takes my coffee to the mobile online pick up part when I ordered in store which was extra weird so she steady staring at me I guess for me to get the coffee then the other lady told me it was my coffee so I’m looking crazy because why didn’t she just give it to me she literally walked passed me with my coffee to place it somewhere else

Slow service. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this is ridiculous. I have been a Gold card Starbucks customer for years and this is the slowest location I have ever visited. I was in line for 25 minutes with only 5 cars in front of me. I could not get out of line with cars behind me... What is the hold up?? I really don't understand what the problem is , but it needs to be addressed.. Staff is friendly enough, but the is no reason it should take so long to get a beverage.
Clean store, clean restroom. Welcoming team members, who greet you as you walk in. Call you when your order is ready. I ordered a caramel frappe & iced lemon cake. The frappe was prepared quickly & Perfectly. Lucious & delicious taste. I love the iced lemon cake. My favorite dessert at starbucks.
Can't follow directions to save their life! Placed a mobile order for a white mocha latte with one less pump of syrup than normal, and coconut milk. They gave me a Frappucino that had only coconut milk and syrup. Gross!! I'd never order from this location. Complete waste of money.
Hey everybody :-), love hanging out and working at Starbucks on my laptop and doing all of my paperwork. Always great place to meet with people and you never seem to have trouble with anyone. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The coffee might not be as good as some of the more high quality coffee shops but you always get good customer service.
waited in the drive thru 25mins just to be gives the wrong drink and told to wait again no thabks I couldn't even pull back into the busy parking to get a refund 😕
