I stopped in for coffee and breakfast while traveling. Iv never experienced such an efficient team at a Starbucks. I wish I lived in the area just to enjoy this Starbucks every morning.
I walked into this location and couple of weeks ago getting ready to place my order. I heard an older gentleman in the drive thru yell some poor choice of words. I immediately knew he spilled coffee on himself. I looked up and the girl at the window never asked him if he was ok. She turned to her coworker and said it wasn't my fault. I sprung into action and said to he is he ok, ask him if he's OK...give some napkins. I told the girls give some napkins quick. I immediately ran outside side and assisted the gentleman. I asked him what his order and to pull around to the parking lot, I would go get his order. I see the girl his cup to the brim, I told her to pour some of the coffee out and give me a pup cup for the gentleman furbaby. One the girls gave me some burn cream for him as well. I gave the guy his coffee and burn cream. I told him to relax and wait awhile before driving, and to give his dog his pup cup. He asked if I worked there and I told him no. I'm just a concerned citizen. The gentleman said I don't blame her. While this too place the shift supervisor NEVER went out to ask the gentleman if he was alright. I even talked to the shift supervisor...still no concern for the gentleman. Well this was my last time visiting this location. I learned a valuable lesson during this entire incident...no sympathy, empathy, compassion, and well being for others. I was definitely shakened up by this. Today I got my iced coffee from McDonald's.
December 2024. Morning visit. App order picked up inside. Friendly, clean, spacious, comfortable store. Staff greeted us when we walked in. Barista called out the name of whose order she was working on for pick-up and made eye contact to let them know it was almost ready.
I drank this delicious matcha latte with coconut milk. It refreshed my life. The caffeine in it didn't make me feel jittery. Actually, it cleared my mind to get more things done for the day.
Went in here at 8:15 on Jan. 4, my daughter got a drink and paid with my app, the cashier had walked away while she was paying so after the beep, my daughter headed to the end of the bar to wait. Cashier went back to the register and yelled to the end of the bar where we were waiting "You owe 3.76" because apparently the money had been used up since we had just bought 3 other drinks a few minutes before. But why walk away while a transaction is in progress then yell in front of all the customers that my kid owes a few bucks like she did something wrong? That cashier was very unprofessional and could have handled the situation better, like maybe pay attention when your at the register.
Great customer service and the peppermint mocha (with half sugar) was delicious! We did want to sit down and work, but there was no more space indoors.
I am a loyal Starbucks customer and eveytime I ask for an ice water they only put like three ice cubes in my cup. The water is SCORCHING and UNBEARABLE to drink. Really disappointed in them.

Been comming here for years. The staff is great. Always friendly, look like they are making the best of their day. I think it's a reflection of the employees like Katelyn who is always hustling, positive and smiling. Seems to make a nice atmosphere for the store.
It was bubbly… I didn’t feel like saying anything so we just left. I’m pretty sure they know how to make that drink for sure.
