They initially forgot the cold foam on my drink which is why I can’t give 5 stars but they quickly corrected the issue when I pointed it out and even provided a cup with extra. Very good customer service. Will definitely come back to this location!
I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks across the US and the man who took my order here was the friendliest Starbucks team member I ever met. I bought my first Been There mug for my east coast road trip.
The young lady who took my order was so sweet and helpful. The store was very clean. I will def be going back!
I am done. It’s always so awful here. Drinks too sweet or no flavor at all. Never know what you will get. It’s inconsistent and you can tell the people making the drinks do not drink coffee because it never tastes good here, ever. The foam isn’t even right lol. Got a cold brew foam and no foam. Got a latte and no foam. The convenience of how close this place is to home doesn’t matter anymore. I’m so sick of wasting money here. I’ll try out the Elios place or go to Dunkin it’s that bad!!!
I love Starbucks and this location is my favorite♥️ All of the staff are so friendly and my favorite barista is Allistor(Excuse me if I spelled it wrong). He’s so sweet and makes the best drinks!!!
Business as usual. The staff is friendly, the store is kept clean, drinks are made fresh...and of course, they have my CHOCOLATE DIPPED MADELINES!! If you haven't tried them, do it. A perfect snack. As far as drinks...change it up. They will customize almost anything. I'm a fan of frappuccinos. Might I suggest a White Mocha Frappe?
Mismanaged Starbucks. Placed an order. Waited for almost half hour near the pickup. Then went to the counter to ask. Turns out the coffee was made. They forgot to bring it to the pickup area. So I paid $6 for stale and cold coffee.
Normally I wouldn’t leave a review for a large chain coffee shop but the employees at this location were exceptional! Friendly and speedy, just what you want for a morning coffee stop.
With all due respect, I have been going to this location for the past 4 years now. So tell me exactly why there has been zero improvements to the store? The same 30+ min wait time is still here despite placing my mobile order 15 mins ahead of time. Unfortunately, this is the only location on north-side but it seems to be neglected both appearance and staffing-wise. The only other coffee option I have is Dunkin, which I have been going to more consistently since they opened the new location near. Hate to step away for starbucks, but without any improvements for the ONLY location on north-side, you are essentially forcing your customers to experience a long wait for a drink or go to a different coffee branch altogether. (Side Note: Placed a pick-up order for inside, they locked out the cafe and only operating drive thru, which puts EVERY customer in one line. I understand the short staffing, but when I walked up to the door and saw a counter of completed mobile orders including my drink. It makes me frustrated beyond belief I still had to wait a total of 27 to grab an already completed drink. Quick solution, just block of seating and the cashier, but don’t completely lock off the doors. It’s just absurd.)
