It seems like every time I go to this location, if there are even a few cars in the drive through, it takes FOREVER to get in and out. The baristas are super nice, and every time I’ve been inside, the wait has not been that much of an issue (maybe once or twice), but if you’re trying to get somewhere in a hurry and see a few cars already in the drive through, just know you’ll need a good 10 extra minutes to wait in the drive through. My drinks have always been good though, so no complaints there.
I usually prefer small business local coffee shops but this was convenient when I was in the area. It's the typical Starbucks experience. The drive-thru was extremely long. I should have parked and run inside but the parking isn't a great option. You can get trapped in by the drive-thru.
This is the closet one to my house and consistently the worst Starbucks in town. Unfriendly staff, your drinks are always wrong and they always have issues with the expresso machine or the cold brew. You sit in the drive through line 30 mins minimum for them to have attitudes when you order. After today I will drive over to Beach Blvd Starbucks just for the experience alone as they are amazing everyday.
The drinks, Food, and Service were excellent! Thanks for allowing the customers to dine inside. Especially now when our temperatures are so high 95+ & heat Index of 105 to 110. Enjoyed my drink while talking with an old friend which I hadn't seen in 35 years. Highly recommended!
I'm not a regular here but received a gift card. The service was fast and the drive thru attendant was amazing. She shared what was going on and was so sweet. Thank you! The Mango Dragonfruit lemonade was delicious.
It's always nice to go here. I went around 9.30 am and I only had about 2 cars in front of me. I love it how they splurge on the caramel drizzle when I ask for extra. Yummie. And let's not forget my pup cup. Anytime I go to the vet, we stop here. He get so excited 😊
The location next to my home had less employees and still kept the dining area open. This place had the door open and tables blocking the register. Rude, older lady with black hair and glasses tells me I can order mobile on the app but not an order to go inside. When I questioned about ordering and taking my stuff with me because I don't have the app, she became rude just flat saying No instead of actually responding to my question and explaining the reasoning behind why you can't work my order in and let me take it. If I'm willing to run inside through the rain, why can't you run my card through the drive through register if I don't have the app??? Short staff is a You problem. Probably because nobody wants to work with that lady. But if you value your employment or longevity of this location, I suggest working through Your problems and not kicking a customer back out into the cold rain without a purchase. Especially if you can't even post a sign.
The management is setting these poor employees up for failure. It is a super high traffic Starbucks and the mobile ordering station is all over the place. There are at least 20 people waiting for their mobile pick up orders (I’ve been waiting 22 minutes past my pick up time) and there are 17 drinks waiting behind the counter with one poor employee trying to manage the whole thing and she is totally overwhelmed. Do better for your employees and set them up for success with a system in place, or don’t offer mobile orders if you can’t manage them. I finally got my order in 5 minutes by reordering at the counter.
I work nearby and go through here frequently. The staff is always happy and friendly in the drive through. This is especially important when it’s early on a Monday and you’ve inched your way through downtown traffic. The first face you see before work is smiling—worth it. The rest of the products are the same everywhere but I go here for the people. There is another closer to my house when I leave but I go here for the people.
Staff does not pay attention to waiting customers. Several were doing side jobs that could have waited but instead ignored a line forming at the cash register… with no one attending. Also were gossiping and talking to each other about clearly not customer facing topics (their shift, complaining, etc). Tables were clearly not wiped, and it was overall not a great customer experience. I also ordered a flat white with soy milk and an extra espresso shot. I first noticed that the volume I received was less than standard at Starbucks, but whatever. Now, hours after, I’m discovering that the soy milk was not put in and I’m having severe gastrointestinal distress. I wouldn’t recommend bothering with this place. I’ve seen a smaller Starbucks with fewer employees work far more efficiently in a much higher traffic location, and frankly I’m not a fan of gossipy, unprofessional girls ignoring customers and screwing up their orders.
