First of all, the lady at the drive thru window was great. She was very friendly! She was nice when I complained about my order. With that said, I ordered a Flat White. When it was handed to me, it felt as if there was nothing in it. I opened it up to find it was mostly foam. The lady at the window even confirmed it by looking as well. I heard her tell someone and they said that's how it should be with a Flat White. I am a guy that has ordered a Flat White nearly every time I have visited a Starbucks for over a decade now. It is my favorite drink and I know how it should taste and be fixed. I was told they were remaking it. When I got it a second time, it felt like there was more in the cup and there was less foam. After I drove off, I tasted it and it tasted like someone dumped some of the foam out and added Pike's Place coffee. I also am very familiar with Pike's Place as it is my go to when I just simply want a cup of coffee. Starbucks customers pay way too much for these drinks to not have it done correctly or at least fixed correctly when we send them back. The only reason I am giving 2 stars overall is bc my wife's iced matcha latte was very good. Although it came out hot at first and I had to send it back as well. And the only reason I am giving 2 stars for service is bc the lady at the window was very very nice and accommodating.
Management is garbage. They are always out of something and the excuse is always someone else’s fault. This is one of the reasons I stop going. I recommend people go to Dunkin’ Donuts.
Angel is so sweet and kind. I'm not sure what they make but the customer service alone is worth a raise. The drinks are never wrong and they're pretty fast at getting them made. Love this place!
Id you’re looking for a business that gives no effort to customer service this is the place to be! No Rhyme or reason they could close at 11pm or 1pm only way to know is to show up. If you want the inconvenience of a location that turns off mobile and dine in orders in the middle of a weekend day this could also be the place for you.
Drinks are fine at this location but it is the slowest and most overwhelmed location I have been to. They need more support because they cannot get their orders out fast enough. I placed a mobile order at 10:17 and it took until 10:45 for them to tell me that I should’ve told them about using a personal cup. They should have a sign or something indicating that that needed to be done.
Placed a mobile order that would be ready at 10:49, pulled into the drive-thru 10:47 and employee rudely said "We ask that you wait 5 minutes after you place your order," I personally don't see how going through the drive-thru and placing the order is different from doing a mobile order and then coming through. When I finally get my order it's missing a drink and I have to then remind the same employee that there was more to my order. I'm sure they were having a bad day, but then I get to sipping on my drink and not a single customization has been done to it. Not sure who was working drive through 02/25/2025 10:45am but management might have a talk about how to address customers, and getting orders correct.
Currently temporally closed, but in my opinion it should be closed permanently. Not sure what the root problem is, but the employees don't seem to be the issue. They are friendly and they sure work hard and try hard, but things don't go well here. Turnover is crazy. There are only a few people I recognize from last year. I drive about 8 miles to get here a couple of times a week and the store is often closed when I arrive for no apparent reason. Sometimes when I am sitting in the drive through line, an employee comes out of the store and tells those of us in line they have to close the drive through and doesn't give a reason. They don't usually get my order wrong, but several times when handed my hot food it gets dropped on the driveway. It seems like it's always a problem here. I like Starbucks a lot and don't mind the prices and I used to go several times a week. I don't anymore and this store is the reason. I keep hoping another Starbucks will open close by.
Worst customer service around. I stood inside for 5 minutes without someone even walking up to the register one person was making coffee for the only other customers there, it wasn’t busy at all they just didn’t care to walk up to the register. 4 people inside trying to look busy with no customers but me.
The star coffee makers are amazing! The Food is great and the coffee is fabulous. I love this place it feels like a piece of home.
Instead of telling me that they ran out of the birthday cake pop they just gave us an empty bag and they wrote on it that it sold out,I realized after I left the drive-thru and I couldn’t go back.
