Crowded, food wasn’t that great, coffee was ok. Small space, workers really do their best and it’s not their fault such poor structure offered by Starbucks.
We came to this location while we waited for our family to come in to Jax airport. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks and even though I asked for a hot drink they made it an iced drink. I would have asked for it to be remade, but we couldn't wait any longer. They were moving at a snails pace and spending their time chatting and laughing with each other all while there were at least 10 people waiting for their drinks inside. There wasn't a line for drive through. We'll definitely stick to our Yulee Starbucks.
Just about every single time I go, I find myself very please with the staff. The staff is extremely polite and has always made me feel glad to be ordering even tho sometimes I might feel a bit embarrassed for having ordered so much (because usually I'm the one picking up food for my group of friends). We both grin and laugh about it, the staff empathizes with me making the whole situation much more comfortable and reassuring. Not only are the staff this nice and pleasant to be around, but they also do not lack in their ability to get my order just that extra bit right every single time I go. Although it might be a bit far from my home, I will always return to this specific Starbucks as their staff and experience keep me coming as a loyal customer.

This store was SLAMMED on a Sunday morning, but I witnessed the team work really well together. So cohesive, and manager Jackie encouraged her team with loving words and support while she also keeping busy herself. Just a big kudos to this group. They went above and beyond to adjust my order since they out of the sandwich I ordered online, and I really appreciate the kindness amidst a busy Sunday morning.
This place is racist and doesn't treat people who speak other languages well. I went today at 7pm and didn't understand what the cashier said. My son asked her what she had said, and she repeated it in a very unpleasant way.
this store gets so incredible busy at times it is hard to believe how fast these people are working. sometimes you go for coffee and forget they are people. this is a wondeful crew and they deserve respect and patience. they have always been cordial and quick to fix errors. A+ 5 stars 2 thumbs up
Everytime I come to this location there is an issue. Drive through wait times 20 minutes plus, rude customer service, inside completely unorganized- the works. I’ll order in the app to save time and to alleviate interactions with workers and it’s still a hassle. This particular location NEVER has it together. You can put your order in online drive the 15 minutes to the location, get in line and wait another 15 minutes and they’ll still ask you to circle the building because your order isn’t ready, so you’ll have to wait another 15 minutes. If you can make the drive to another location save yourself the hassle and go. Avoid this location at all costs. Because even once you get your items after waiting an hour the order is NEVER correct. Never. But after waiting an hour you don’t even have the energy to ask for the correct order.
I go to Starbucks regularly and this one is by far the best! Customer service perfect and my drink was absolutely wonderful!
If I could give this place 6 stars , I would .. lol. This Starbucks in particular is always super quick, despite how busy they are.. you can definitely tell they work HARD and despite how busy they are , they have such a good attitude! I know what it’s like when a store is super busy, so the fact that they keep a positive attitude despite this? 10/10! Super sweet and always so positive and quick! Love it!!!
