Would definitely be 0 stars these people is racist and how one lady just stood looking at me so another lady came to help which made me think maybe she training until a white man walked up and she ran to do his order. Ok cool whatever but then my coffee is done and I’m literally in front of the counter she takes my coffee to the mobile online pick up part when I ordered in store which was extra weird so she steady staring at me I guess for me to get the coffee then the other lady told me it was my coffee so I’m looking crazy because why didn’t she just give it to me she literally walked passed me with my coffee to place it somewhere else
I love Starbucks, and have been a loyal customer for decades. Today I walked into this store to get a short cup of hot water to make a cup of Starbucks VIA coffee. I was denied the water, and told it was because the manager didn't allow hot water to be given to a customer (??!!). I was literally denied 8 ozs of hot water to make a product Starbucks sells. Make it make sense. I called the corporate office to clarify this policy, and was told it was NOT their policy to deny a customer water - hot or otherwise. I don't understand why a manager would think this is a good idea. I hope they see this review, and reverse course.
The staff at the Starbucks on airport road is really great, this is the only Starbucks in the area so it is typically busy but they always have service with a smile. The drive-thru situation is a bit of a cluster because people block the parking lot so it's kind of difficult to get in and get out. I always order ahead with the app.
We came to this location while we waited for our family to come in to Jax airport. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks and even though I asked for a hot drink they made it an iced drink. I would have asked for it to be remade, but we couldn't wait any longer. They were moving at a snails pace and spending their time chatting and laughing with each other all while there were at least 10 people waiting for their drinks inside. There wasn't a line for drive through. We'll definitely stick to our Yulee Starbucks.
Just about every single time I go, I find myself very please with the staff. The staff is extremely polite and has always made me feel glad to be ordering even tho sometimes I might feel a bit embarrassed for having ordered so much (because usually I'm the one picking up food for my group of friends). We both grin and laugh about it, the staff empathizes with me making the whole situation much more comfortable and reassuring. Not only are the staff this nice and pleasant to be around, but they also do not lack in their ability to get my order just that extra bit right every single time I go. Although it might be a bit far from my home, I will always return to this specific Starbucks as their staff and experience keep me coming as a loyal customer.
Always clean. They always get my order right. I'm one of those pain in the butt people that order something long and extra. But they always make it perfectly and are always happy and polite
This store was SLAMMED on a Sunday morning, but I witnessed the team work really well together. So cohesive, and manager Jackie encouraged her team with loving words and support while she also keeping busy herself. Just a big kudos to this group. They went above and beyond to adjust my order since they out of the sandwich I ordered online, and I really appreciate the kindness amidst a busy Sunday morning.
This place is racist and doesn't treat people who speak other languages well. I went today at 7pm and didn't understand what the cashier said. My son asked her what she had said, and she repeated it in a very unpleasant way.
I go to Starbucks regularly and this one is by far the best! Customer service perfect and my drink was absolutely wonderful!
This store is the worse. Tou place pick up orders so you don’t have to wait in the long Drive thru lines only to get there and no surprise the inside is closed so you still end up getting back in your car to get in the then longer drive thru lines only to get cold coffee that’s supposed to be hot and cold food. They’ve got to do better
