If i could give zero stars i would. Kevin Barrett was my adjuster for my claim, he made this process so difficult for me. Didn't want to take accountability mind you their insurer was liable. He would cut off our enterprise rental without notice and the company would call us to return the vehicle. (when their insurer is liable). This would happen numerous times so i lived in a state of paranoia. I tried to give them grace but there was just a consistent pattern of terrible chararcter and behavior. I would even try to call other agents to help and they would have that same foul disgusting attitude, trying to push accountability to me (the one that was hit by their insurer). . i don't want to slam the whole company but man almost all the agents i spoke with were just awful to deal with. If you are even thinking of doing business with these people. Take your money elsewhere you'll suffer for nothing
DO NOT USE TGIS COMPANY THEY ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Had a rear ender on the 14th and not only are they giving my wife the run around. We got them through a agency in our town and it took the "agent" a whole week to even get back to us that a adjuster wouldn't be out to look at our car instead of telling her that an adjuster wouldn't be out the first time they talked. You guys are really bad at communicating anything. She got told since she talked to the agent already anything else is just "noise"
If I could give this insurance company ZERO stars I would. WORST insurance company EVER! Do NOT recommend. I'd rather have no insurance than pay these pieces of work.
This claim was replacing a cracked windshield discovered avret a heavy snowfall.My call to Safety insurance was forwarded to the glass provider and everything was set. up in that one phone call.
As soon as they found out I got into an accident (not at-fault) they cancelled my auto insurance. They used the excuse of no payment when they indeed receive a payment.
After my bad experience, I emailed Safety Insurance on Facebook and they resolved my issue within 1 day. Thank you.
I was involved in an accident with someone covered by Safety that I was not at fault for. No one answers the phone, no one returns messages, no one communicates clearly. It has been two and a half weeks and I am still waiting. Embarrassment of a company
Been with this insurance company since 2019, was ONE day late on my last payment (due to them sending me a letter with a different due date than what was written in their email to me) and they canceled my insurance and sent my info to the dmv all within a week without any letting me know anything . I had to call because I received a refund check in the mail and i was told that it was part of my last payment, so they kept some of it for some unknown reason. when I asked if they can reinstate it , I was told I had to pay $700! And that was not happening as I have children that I am raising!…my monthly payments were $240! They randomly raised it to $260 without letting me know that they were going to do that when I called and asked why is there an additional $20 on my insurance they said “because the cost of living has increased so everything is going up” Based off my experience This Insurance Company has poor customer service and bad communication with their customers. I went to Another insurance company that same day and only had to put down $98! And monthly payments are $232!
BY FAR THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. They will mess up your claim 100%. They took 6 months to give me the claim money to pay my contractor who almost sent me to collections. Then they told me they overpaid me and asked me to send them a check for their own incorrect math. STAY AWAY from this company.
I was hit by a client of Safety...my experience dealing with their representatives and the speed and kindness shown to resolve my accident was amazing especially in comparison to dealing with my own insurance company. Safety was on the ball...thankyou
