Their professionalism on inspecting my vehicle and making a concerted decision on not to take my money due to the condition of my vehicle speaks volumes. They carefully explained the issues with my vehicle and gave me their honest opinion on how to proceed. I'm a pretty good judge of character and they genuinely cared, as I appeared at their shop solo. I will highly recommend their services and in the future will utilize their services again, without hesitation. A special shout out to Nelson for his concern and personality. I brought my car to Lakes Auto Center after hearing a strange noise coming from the engine. From the moment I arrived, the service was quick and professional. They diagnosed the issue almost immediately—I barely had time to sit down in the waiting room! It turned out my car just needed oil, which they added right away. I was back on the road in no time, and the engine has been running smoothly ever since. Friendly staff, fast service, and honest work—couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

I came in early April for some regular maintenance- tire rotation and oil change etc. Nelson got us all ready and safe for our drive to New Orleans. He even made sure the splash shield was protected for us since it had been dragging. We are so grateful to have a reliable, trustworthy, and affordable mechanic so close to home. Nelson was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to find the tire I needed the same day. To my surprise, they had my tire replaced in less than 3 hours! I highly recommend this place and have already used them on 3 separate occasions. I was originally recommended to them by a coworker and have been pleased with their work every time. They are honest, trustworthy, and always give fair pricing. As a women, I have tried using other auto shops to check my car and have been spoken down to and over charged, but not this place. I’m immediately put at ease each time I visit. They are transparent with all that they do and have accommodated my needs on every occasion. The work has proven to be done well as they have resolved every issue with no need to return for adjustments. Their customer service is top tier! I have recommended them to friends and family as well and have heard similar feedback. Again, this is a very reliable place who offers great work with fast service and incredible customer support.
