Nelson and Lakes Auto are THE BEST. They were so kind and helpful and immediately took in my car so quickly. The entire staff was educating me so that I could know what I do and don’t need on my car and never tried to push me to spend more than I needed. They have a new customer in me!!!
Fast, reliable, and honest! I didn’t have time to leave my car at the service center for the dealership for days on end. Lakes Auto Care were fast, honest, and reliable. I have found my new go to mechanics shop.
I truly had a wonderful experience at Lakes Auto Center! I had my car towed there and they were able to diagnose the issue with my vehicle right away!! They were great with communication, sent me pictures of the inside of my vehicle, and called me to discuss the issue with my car. They offered me several options to help fix my vehicle. They were very kind and extremely helpful. Nelson was very respectful and made me feel welcomed at his auto shop. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone if you want the best service available for your vehicle!
This is my second time getting my car repaired here, and each time the service was absolutely fatastic. Nelson and his team are very honest and experienced, and I will sure be back many times. I also met other ladies waiting for car repairs and they said fantastic things about their work. They identified the problem quickly and made the repairs efficiently. I highly recommend Lakes Auto Center to anyone needing to repair their car. Very pleasant athmosphere! Thank you so much!!! :)
I am so grateful that I found this place searching for a close by mechanic. I took a chance being a woman worried that I would be ripped off however, I was impressed by their integrity, great customer service, easy and affordable solution to my problem. I saved so much money by coming here instead of the dealer which would have cost me $600-$800. They basically resolved it for under $200. I will forever bring my car to them knowing they have genuine intentions to help & care more about long term customer relationships.
For the past year i have done a major overhaul to my 2016 Mazda 6 starting with suspension, new tires and brakes/rotors, new radiator, new a/c motor and service. Replaced wheel bearings as well. Also, installed new headlamps and fog lights all at this location. Service is honest, and all work is done in good faith. I will stay usin Lakes Auto Center as my usual shop for all services. Thank you to Lakes Auto Center again for always taking care of business ASAP!!
The technician and the office crew are very professional. They diagnosed my car and provided good quality and fair price solutions. I am extremely thankful with the team and recommend it to any person/woman that is looking for an honest place to take their car to.
Marcus is wonderful and took great care of me. Highly recommend them.
Best most honest mechanics I've ever met in Dade county. I bring both my vehicles here.
I showed up one day to service my truck and was told Nelson and his team took over. I was a bit skeptical since I didnt trust anyone with my truck. But I was there already. Gave me a good fair price and a pickup date. No issues there. Went back not too long after to fix a leak I have had for years. Again, fair price, and a good pickup time. Its been almost a month since and no issue. Nelson and his team has a customer for life. I will be taking my personal and business vehicles for service going forward. 🤙🏻
