I have taken my car to Lakes Auto Center several times, and each and every time have left 100% satisfied. Their auto service and customer service are without doubt excellent. Nelson and his team go over and above for their customers and most importantly is their honesty!! 😊
Marcus (front desk man) he is super helpful, nice and professional. If you have any questions most likely he will have the answer that you are looking for. Good environment.
“Absolutely amazing place! I usually hate going to the mechanic because I always feel like they’re just trying to take your money. But this place treated me so well! They’re honest, kind, and super reasonable with their prices. I’m so happy to have finally found my go-to spot for my car!” Shout out to Robert and Nelson you guys are amazing! Nataly!!!
I wish I could give them a hundred stars!!!!! These are the most honest and humble mechanics in all of Miami. The whole team is amazing! These guys are exemplary at their jobs and they deserve more recognition!! Everyone here is friendly, professional, and they do fantastic work for a good price. I recommend this place to all my friends! Thank you guys!!
Great service at reasonable prices from an honest and trustworthy team!
Super fast service. I will recommend you come here and check it out for yourself.
On my way to work, I discovered a bolt stuck in my tire and needed a quick patch. I found Lakes Auto nearby, and I'm so glad I did! When I called to ask if they fixed flats, they assured me it could be done quickly. I arrived within five minutes, and from the start, their service was impeccable. The staff at the front desk was welcoming, took my info, and the mechanic immediately assessed my tire. Before I knew it, the tire was fixed, and they even offered me a cafecito on my way out! I was truly impressed by their hospitality, speed, and quality of service. I’m grateful to have found Lakes Auto and highly recommend them!
I highly recommend Lakes Auto Center to anyone needing their car repaired. Very nice and knowledgeable people, they provide a great service solved all the issues quickly and efficiently. I give them a five star rating for the excellent service! Edit: I just had another great experience at the Lakes Auto Center in March 2025! They were incredibly fast and efficient with my oil change, and the prices were super reasonable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch care for their vehicle. What really impressed me was the follow-up they did to ensure everything was perfect - truly fantastic service!
I took my car for an A/C Repair at LAKE AUTO CENTER. A/C was not cooling. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all questions. The pricing was fair and transparent. The shop was honest and did not try to upsell unnecessary repairs. LAKE AUTO CENTER I would highly recommended for its excellent service."
Very detailed, they helped me and taught me various things.
