Great trustworthy guys that work there, honest and helpful!
This shop is in the best in town in mu book. I have had all my services here aside from going to the dealership. Including, wheel bearings replaced, a/c blower system replaced as well as a/c refrigerant service done. Also, radiator replaced and most recent replacing all brake rotors and tire service including alignment. Service is efficient and very professional. I would recommend this shop to everyone who is looking for great service and affordable pricing.
I use Lakes Auto Center because I always know I am getting honest answers and quality service. As a woman, I can't tell you how many times I have experienced a round around by mechanics- not here! They explain everything and always give me options of how to address it, accurate estimates, and the pros and cons of each option. No fear tactics, add on costs or surprises. And, importantly for me, they are always on time so I don't have my day messed up. The one time there was a delay they called me well in advance. Love Lakes Auto Center!

Nothing but great things to say about these guys. Owner himself greeted me at front door and Robert the shop manager helped me with my vehicle needs they were precise to diagnose and effectively get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible I will always bring my vehicles here to get worked on. Thank you! Second experience, my wife was having overheating concerns, I called lakes auto center and told them what was going on, he instructed my wife to turn the vehicle off that he would send a tow truck over to her. Got my wife’s water pump replaced same day and my wife back on the road by 3:30 PM! No one else I would take my vehicles to they remember customers by name. Awesome business.
I am a resident of Miami Lakes and despite the fact that I drive right through Lakes Auto Center almost every day, I had never paid attention to the place. Today I happened to get home and discovered I had picked up a huge screw on one of my tires. I did a search of the places around me and chose to call them one hour before closing. Robert took my call and told me to come by that one way or another they would take care of my Flat. I arrived and was surprised that my truck was driven in right away. I happened to need a Tire TPMS sensor on the same tire replaced and he took care of all I needed with a smile. I would definitely keep them in my quick dial for any future needs.
