Awesome service , good deal in tires, they educate customers on how to get the best value , I used to go to another place for many years , but the service in that other place is not up to par anymore, someone recommend me to come to Lakes auto and I really appreciate it. I just picked up my wife's 2008 g35 infinity from Lakes Auto center. This was the best experience I've had at any auto repair shop ever. From the owner Manny who advised me if possible to stick with original parts because of integrity of the component, to Jose the manager who kept me abreast of the process until the car was ready and David the mechanic that worked on the car, all were true professionals, cordial and honest thru out. I took the time to write this review because it was well deserved and earned. I now have a place were I can take my cars without any trust concerns and confident in the outcome of the repair. Have been going to Lakes Auto for years, the ownership went from a Manny to a Danny, this new ownership is fantastic!!! A young crew with the knowledge and passion to work on the older cars and the newer cars. Honest, professional and thoughtful, shop is organized and clean. Good feeling to know they will treat you and your vehicle the right way!!!
I truly had a wonderful experience at Lakes Auto Center! I had my car towed there and they were able to diagnose the issue with my vehicle right away!! They were great with communication, sent me pictures of the inside of my vehicle, and called me to discuss the issue with my car. They offered me several options to help fix my vehicle. They were very kind and extremely helpful. Nelson was very respectful and made me feel welcomed at his auto shop. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone if you want the best service available for your vehicle!
