This Service Center was recommended by a friend after I received an exorbitant quote from a dealer for my Audi. I discovered Lakes Auto Center and decided to take my car in for an engine light issue. The service was incredibly friendly and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They provided an estimate and diagnosed the problem without charging me. They promptly ordered the necessary part and installed it within a day. It’s rare to find honest, fair, and reliable services these days, but Lakes Auto Center is a perfect example of a local business that should be celebrated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for car servicing. I will definitely return to Lakes Auto Center.

I had a great experience with them. They were able to replace my tires and brakes same day, and the pricing was way more affordable than other places I checked. I have a Mini cooper, which is always having problems. Not only does it always have issues, almost everywhere I have taken it the past 3 years have not known how to fix the problems. Poorly done quick fixes, creating bigger problems for my car. This shop treated me very nicely, figured out what was wrong with my car very fast, and provided a very fair price for the work needed. They also provided me a warranty on the parts needed to replace which every other shop never did for me. (coincidentally those parts ended up failing, and theirs have not). It’s very rare to find a reliable, and honest mechanic, and I’m very lucky I found it. I will continue to bring my car here (as there will always be an issue lol) except now I am confident that they will do their very best to solve any issue it has.

Didn't even pull off without giving 5 stars! Prior to picking Lakes Auto Center for my brakes, I googled a few places. I called here and spoke with Carlos at the front desk asking about getting brakes done on a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, right off the back he was helpful and straight to the point. Once I showed up they even offered to pick and drop me off, which I thought was an extra step since I was going some where close to their business! My car was maybe there for 2 hours probably less and was finished! Top notch service and would definitely recommend!! I'll be back for sure! Thank You so much!

Let me tell you, Joe, Danny and Carlos are heaven-sent. My 2015 Nissan Altima started to experience some issue which led down a chain reaction. Along with their combined knowledge, genuine interest in their customers and compassion we came to our decision with what next steps I should take. After price comparisons with others in the neighborhood, they are the best value. I don’t know about you, but knowledge and value in this economy is important and damn near impossible to find. They have a customer with me as long as I still live down in SoFl.

I just got my tire fixed and the service was excellent. Joe was very professional, quick, and so kind. And the gentleman at the front (I forgot to ask for his name) was also very professional and welcoming. Pricing was also very affordable. I highly recommend this place!

My visits to Lakes Auto Center are stellar and my last couple were the same! Carlos at the front desk eagerly helped me out and the team as a whole moved swiftly so I didn’t have to wait around for a long time. I have to give a special shoutout to Carlos though because even after I made a visit to get my battery/alternator checked, I had another issue that caused me to come back soon after leaving but was unable to reproduce the issue so Carlos took a test drive with me to see if we could see if the issue would surface again together, talk about going above and beyond!

I went in with quite a few concerns about my car, I had been putting off some maintance. As a women, I usually feel on edge when it comes to going to the mechanic but Joe was patient and attentive with my concerns and took notes. He explained that it was $129 to run a full diagnostics on my car and once that was completed was very thorough with running me through what my car needed. He was factual and not pushy. Joe presented options on a step by step basis and gave me room to prioritize what was best for me financially. Overall very pleased with my experience and will be coming back in the future.

I’m really glad I decided to call them today—what a great experience from start to finish. I was able to get my oil pan replaced the same day, while the dealership told me it would take 3–5 days. Huge difference! Joe was incredibly helpful—he took the time to explain everything clearly and even pointed out a few other things I should keep an eye on with my car. That kind of honesty and transparency really goes a long way. I didn’t catch the name of the other staff member who helped me, but they were just as friendly and professional. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. The shop itself is clean and comfortable, and it’s actually a nice place to sit and relax in the AC while your car is being worked on. If I had to mention one tiny downside—it would be the lobby seating (could use some (fat people🫣😂😭)bigger, more comfortable chairs 😄). But honestly, that’s a small thing compared to the excellent service they provide. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and grateful I found this place. Highly recommend!
