LAKES AUTO CENTER...I am so glad I was referred to you. From the moment, I walked in, Marcus's energy greeting me was amazing and very welcoming. He was very diligent and thorough in his questioning as to my needs. Being meand not knowing about cars, he knee exactly what to look for and honestly and sincerely offered me the bet outcome and service for my repair. What was my needs...2 new tires. The team immediately proceeded to take the necessary action to ensure that my repair was performed in a timely manner and EXTREMELY cost effective. The rest of the team was PHENOMENAL and very friendly. Highly recommended for a trustworthy and reliable shop. If I have any future issues, I will definitely be coming back!!!
My experience at Lakes Auto center was nothing short of excellent. The service provided to me was timely and professionally. I dropped my car off at 8am to get several things taken care of including an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and fluid check, and was called to pick my vehicle back up at 2pm. I wouldn’t hesitate to have my car serviced at this shop again.
Great repair shop. I’ve been taking my cars to Lakes Auto Center for many years and they always come through. Had transmission problems recently and they diagnosed the issue and explained all the options for repair. Experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
Was in and out in about an hour. They didn’t sell me on any unnecessary services but did give me good recommendations to take back with me so I can improve the longevity of my car. Thank you, all!

From the first time I called the shop for an estimate on an alternator replacement Marcus showed nothing,but professionalism .Then going personally to Lakes Auto Center I was met with the same professionalism not just from Marcus, but also from Joe and the mechanic who took the time to show me other findings. We have been taking our family car in for years here . They are always responsive , quick to diagnose and find the problem. Great team to work with . They tell you the real issue and don’t try to up sale you. Great price and always ready to help . Marcus is also great at keeping you informed every step of the way .
It is soo hard to find quality, honest and competent mechanics BUT look no further! From the beginning Marcus(front desk employee) was very professional and genuinely nice. They assessed my vehicle issue that same day and it was fixed by the next day. The prices are reasonable and I was left satisfied with the services and the work. You won't be disappointed and I'm glad I found my new mechanics. 😀
