They Saved my day as my 2009 Toyota Tundra died in the middle of a busy intersection in Doral @ 10:30 am. I reached out for assistance and they quickly recommended a towing service they work with. They were there in less than 30 minutes. Upon the cars arrival they provided a diagnosis of an alternator and battery along with the cost. Upon completing the work they retested and no other work was necessary. including and cost. I was able to pick up my car by 4pm. Danny and Carlos provided phenomenal service with detailed explanation of what was required. Having used their services before they are definitely trustworthy. The cost was definitely reasonable for the work needed. Lakes Auto Center has another win in my book of Auto Repair!!!

This is by far the most professional group of mechanics I have ever encountered. They showed me precisely what was going on instead of performing the work with me oblivious to what they were doing. I have dealt with a lot of mechanic shops over the years and I know how this industry works. Trust is not something that comes easily when it comes to car repairs. But the moment I started working directly with Joe, I knew I was dealing with someone different. Joe is the definition of honest. Straightforward, transparent, and truly focused on helping the customer instead of just running up a bill. The situation with my car was not simple. Danny and his crew worked on my truck did a 4.5 inch lift kit install with Beilstein Shocks and wheels and tires. Truck looks and rides great. I service all my vehicles with them. Professional crew and shop. Highly recommend Lakes Auto Center.

I definitely recommend using them! I called last minute for my breaks and they were able to fit me in same day! Their quote over the phone was accurate and they were very transparent about work that should be done or could wait. As a woman that’s very nice to come across as many mechanics try and take advantage of people that have very little car knowledge. Not to mention they had the cheapest prices I’ve come across!
