Calling for prescription refill for 3 weeks before my son ran out. No one calls back and no one answers. Pharmacy puts in request and they dont respond. Will be looking for a better neurologist for my child because being without medication is not good. I’ve been calling for refill before he was out of the medication and pharmacist has to put in an emergency one for me and I still haven’t heard from the office in regards to my son’s medication.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Myers; however, the office staff was very frustrating to deal with. They were very difficult to get in contact with (very long wait times), and my voicemails would go unanswered. On multiple occasions, they sent text messages and mail regarding my appointments to my emergency contact instead of to me. Because of the difficulty communicating with the office, I will be finding a different primary care provider.

I followed my doctor here, Dr. Iwelu. However, I am pregnant attempting to setup an appointment and cannot get in contact with anyone and they won’t call back. I have left Mychart msgs and vmails. I will have to find a new OBGYN as I do not believe it should be this hard to setup an appointment or get in contact with someone. I love my Dr. but this is unacceptable and something needs to be done.

Like others have stated, my doctor (Dr. Grand in OBGYN) is great. She gets 5 stars. It’s the people on the phone who are incredibly rude and unprofessional when you are just trying to schedule an appointment.

I’ve been using Heritage for almost 10 years and had amazing experiences across multiple departments. PCP Dr. Harrell is very sweet and attentive. Dr. Smith in allergies is happy to answer every single question you throw at him. And BIGGEST shout-out of all to Dr. Sanders in neurology. She is an absolute gem. She’s so thoughtful and thorough in her treatment plans. On top of that, she’s a kind and hilarious person. Any general “doctors office” frustrations like insurance processing or long wait times have been few and far between for me, and are completely outweighed by the level of care I’ve received. I’m very thankful to have met so many caring, intelligent, and passionate doctors!

Wait times regularly 1 hour or more making the appointment you made with them irrelevant. Be sure not to have any plans the day you have to be here. Don’t recommend

All the physicians are exceptional. I strongly recommend Heritage Medical. They take great care of their patients, and they communicate very well.

Most of my doctors are in this building. I feel very comfortable here and trust the doctors and medical professionals here

I am normally not a review person, but I have been so torn up about finding a new doctor to deliver my baby. With my pregnancy I have had really bad brain fog. I think that a doctor would be more caring and understandable. If they are a doctor, knowing the side effects of pregnancy I am so happy I did not make the appointments to actually find out the care system they are I had an appointment call early one morning to find out the time of the appointment or to make sure it was that day or tomorrow where I never did receive a call so I figured it would have been tomorrow that was on their side that they did not call me and let me know when my appointment was then rescheduled. She gave me two options for Thursday or Friday. I picked the Friday she booked for the Thursday. Of course I showed up Friday thinking my appointment was Friday. Well they made a deal. I could actually show up onto my appointment time and then she could still see me got there at 8:33 and I was calling because I was pulling in the parking lot to let them know I’m five minutes late. They told me they cannot see me. I should’ve been there at 8:00 am for paperwork that I already filled out on line

Same as the previous person, the only reason this place gets 2 stars is that the lab techs are amazing. I've had two doctors at this location, and my experience with both has been that it takes 20+ phone calls at any time of day to get a hold of anyone. If the diagnosis is not the easiest possible diagnosis, they will literally just put their hands up and tell you that you're "probably fine" even while exhibiting severe symptoms. I had a biopsy done at this location and came back with obvious signs of infection. It took a week to get any kind of assistance with it, at which point it had spread. The severe lack of care for the well-being of their patients is evident from the outright rude office staff who make it very clear that they'd rather not have to deal with patients at all to the medical staff who simply don't have the time of day to treat patients.
