Easy enter and exit, plenty of parking but its got kinda tight spaces.

My dermatologist Kristen Stirling was phenomenal. The front desk staff and back office staff were polite, courteous and accommodating. I travel nearly 3 hours to be seen by Heritage medical Associates and it was worth the trip. I totally recommend this practice.

I have been a patient with Heritage for almost 5 years and I used to see them for everything. I really liked doing everything at one place and I liked all my doctors. Dr. Anne Rossell was my gynecologist at the time and one day due to bleeding issues I had to have a procedure done in the office which ended up costing me $500 out of pocket. I am a single Mom working two jobs and I did not have that kind of money. At the time I had severe female issues but Dr. Rossell’s office refused to treat me. She and the billing department said I could not have a doctor treat me unless I paid the money due. I ended up finding another doctor and moved the majority of my business to Vanderbilt at 100 oaks and I love my new gynecologist. Dr. Booker is my GP and I love her. She is a very good doctor and really patient with me. However, the last 3 times that I have visited her in a year and half she has been running late. I am not talking about 10-15min late but an hour or more. Since, I work two jobs most all my doctors’ appointments are made during my lunch hour. My last appointments with her just last week she was running behind by an hour. I was late for work and had to make up the time.

Terribly run practice, and getting worse. Lost my Heritage primary care physician. Horrible experience trying to find a new one. Talked with 4 or 5 people and NO ONE seemed to care. NO ONE actually helped me or offered a solution...nor did they even try. I have been a Heritage patient for over 12 years....never again. Wake up and demonstrate care for your client patients!

Today my wife and I had an appointment and they called and left a voicemail for my wife that our appointment was cancelled because we are on Tenncare. The problem is, we've been on my company insurance for over a year and a half and have been to this doctor 3 times already. So instead of seeing us one more time so we don't have to miss work for nothing, we are told we can't come and no one seemed at all to care about customer service. My wife loves her doctor but the office staff is so unfriendly we probably won't return. The other comments on here seem to follow the same experience we had so apparently not just one bad day for them.

Great doctors but they are the most money hungry medical group I have ever seen. You can make your payment every month but if you are 1 day late they will call you threatening to send you to collections!! I pay my bills to them all the time but the one time I’m late they call me very rudely threatening to send to collections. Honestly considering changes doctors. My pay schedule changed and the representative who called me about my 1 day late payment said that they don’t care and if they don’t get their payment by the end of today will send me to collections on a 1 day late payment and my balance is less than $80 might I add. Absolutely ridiculous

I came here for years for primary care and dermatology. I would have given it 4-5 stars back in 2015-16, but as time went on I felt less and less cared for by the staff. Always felt like I was being rushed and pushed out the door, mostly by the doctors. It's probably the fault of management (whoever the hell that is). In 2021 I tried multiple times to make an appointment with a new PCP but nobody would answer the phone, so they basically left me with no choice but to find a new practice. I seriously doubt anyone at Heritage cares about losing a patient who's been coming for 10+ years.

Have had to wait over 30 min for two separate 8am appointments to be seen. Went for a procedure that the price had been confirmed before hand multiple times and then received a 250 bill 6 months laters. Was told it’s spam by heritage and to ignore it. Another month goes by and I get a paper bill. I call the anesthetic company and they tell me heritage medical is very aware that anesthesia Charges separately and I should have been aware of that from the get go. Meanwhile I being told it’s spam and to ignore it from the actual medical facility. Other than the actual MD I see every other aspect of this facility is horrendous

Nurses/staff are wonderful, and the lady at the front desk is the sweetest lady I've ever met. But the main doc, all he could say the first time I was in there getting evaluated was "You need a job" like no crap I've got CPTSD I can't work that's why I'm here. Thanks for the effort captain obvious.

Love this place! I had a hard time finding an OB that was a good fit for me. A friend recommended Dr. Rossell and she’s the best! I’ve been seeing her for 3 years now and am pregnant with my first baby and she has been so lovely the entire time. She answers my questions before I even ask them, is warm and friendly and makes me feel heard. Her staff is also great, especially Taylor and Jackie. The lab techs and receptionists I’ve encountered are always friendly too. The wait time is usually nonexistent. Very efficient, clean office. I’d recommend to all women!
