Dakota in Dr. Rhea’s office is very rude with a nasty personality. Rude to outside clinical staff (referral teams) and was even rude to the patient that was being referred. I cannot believe he is someone’s medical assistant with that kind of demeanor.! Get a new one. Not good for the practice growth at all… when it comes down to dealing with people on the phone. So distasteful

Good luck getting someone to actually answer the phone. Or getting a callback from the nurse. Even in an urgent situation. "Well, we're very booked" and "We're very busy" and "Well its a holiday week" are not valid excuses. Legit takes 48 hrs to make callbacks. Even then they can't make an appointment. They have to "check the schedule". And will never call you back. I would look elsewhere for an OB. The staff here does not care, and won't negotiate billing either.

Dr. Anderson is great but whoever answers the phone, there is a horrible person. I called to try and get an appointment with Dr. Anderson because I was sick and she said that I needed to go to a walk-in clinic because there's nothing they could do for me because they don't have any openings. Then I called to get my medical records. The third-party company that they utilize for medical records cannot get me anything before 2004. The third-party company told me to call Dr. Anderson's office to explain to them. The secretary kept talking over me would not listen and told me that she would not help me because that's not what she does. And for this reason I went and found another doctor.

Couldn't make an appointment; I called twice after leaving a voicemail with the Brentwood location. I guess they have different scheduling departments so I both times I was transferred to a line that never got picked up. The second time I tried to call they asked my preference on doctor, I told them "I just want a woman who is available soonest please" and was told that they couldn't select my doctor for me, that I had to look on the website and tell them exactly which doctor I wanted as apparently each Dr has their own scheduler. Operator was perfectly polite and professional, it was just a strange experience I hadn't had before with other offices. I thought it was weird, lots of steps and time to get an appointment when women's care is uncomfortable enough as is.

I love being able to see almost all of my doctors in one building and the teams here are very kind, patient, and professional. The app is great, too! If I have a question, I can send it in the app and keep working while I wait instead of sitting on hold for hours or being transferred from one voicemail to the next, as has been my experience elsewhere.

I was with this group for 12 years and have watched a steady decline in quality and professionalism. Recently, I left multiple messages with their scheduling dept. (you never talk to a person) for an appointment. They never called back. I ended up establishing a relationship with a new primary care physician. Beware.

I have had a great experience here ! I have seen an internist and I have seen an allergist and I’m fixing to see a gastroenterologist For my colonoscopy! Every one of them have been great and the staff is great and the lab is great. There is also free parking and elevators. It is very nice and convenient and organized! The reception area is also very cordial ! Well, everything went OK until I turned 65 and they could not take my Medicare because I guess they have too many Medicare patients. I think this sucks. I mean you pay for the Medicare every month you work all your life and then now you have to find another primary care doctor.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Canceled the day before an appointment and didn’t get in touch with me to let me know or make an effort to reschedule ahead of time (I was informed they called before, but I have no record of this, nor was any message left or another call attempted). I would have loved to at least come in for bloodwork, as I clearly made the appointment for a REASON. This appointment was the only reason I am not in East Tennessee with my family for Christmas yet (12.23) - and I’m sure this timing has something to do with the doctors absence as well. Whoever runs the scheduling line was extremely rude and told me the appointment never existed to begin with, and I had to call twice to finally get ahold of the providers office who let me know it did and was simply canceled. I would love to reschedule, however I am now on the road for work until June and rescheduling is not an option. After letting them know this, I said “don’t worry about it, thank you”, and the receptionist then hung up immediately (clearly not concerned). No regard for patients, no care, no sympathy. Will be attempting to find a different primary care practice, although it’s seeming impossible around here.

I seen Dr. Nancy Lipsitz. I have been a patient of other dr.s at Heritage and I have never felt herded through like cattle. No compassion for people until after she hurt me to the point I screamed. No conversation of what was going on. Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. She is definitely not in the medical field because she cares.

2 of my providers left within months of each other. When I called today I was told even thought I’m established, and have been a patient there for 4 years out of all the gynecologist employed at heritage, no one can take me because they are full. Very disappointing.
