I would have given five stars if they had a granola that I like to get but I definitely will give five stars for customer service. As I was in the self checkout lane and assistant Sergie helped me without me asking. She came up and scanned all of my items for me. She was helpful and kind and to be honest, I'm not used to that level of customer service nowadays. It was nice and refreshing to have an employee that's kind and helpful without being asked. Don't lose her! She is a great asset to the BJ's team you should want more employees like her.

We have been placing curbside pick-up orders for quite a while. Our orders are almost always 100% accurate and the items are fresh. They do a great job of picking out fresh produce. Also, it never takes long to get our orders after checking in. The employees have been extremely nice and so professional. Your excellent customer service is always appreciated. We will continue to be customers of BJ's!! 💯🩵

Don't bother going for an eye exam. Go to literally any of the 5 other optometrist in the area (who are actually on site). Just not worth it in my opinion.

I mistakenly tried to get 20 back from a no cash back register. My purchase range up as 66.48 with the 20 cash back that I didn't receive. The cashier came over, took my items and rang them again and did not void my 86.48. I waited for a few days for the credit to appear but never did. After calling the store and speaking to a very rude assistant manager, I had to go in. He stated he saw the video where I got the 20 cash which is wrong. I went back in a spoke the the manager. I received the 66.48 but not the 20. She said she would review the video and get back with me that was on 12/20. No response. They are basically telling me I'm a lier and stole the money. I'm set to renew in January but will not be giving my business to this location.

I have been to this place many times. Every time I come, I meet very friendly and approachable staff and their service is very good. Every time I bring a gas propan to change, I meet two men who are service staff there. Their service attitude is very good. They are always happy and smiling. When they fill up the gas for me, they don't need me to say anything, they always bring the gas propan up and put it on the car for me. Their service attitude is very dedicated. but the last 2 times when I came to change the gas propan I met a staff with a very fierce and mean face, i think his name is Rocky (white skin) he wear glasses , his service was very bad there was no smile on his face when talking to customers and the first time when he changed the gas propan for me ,because the gas propan was very heavy I couldn't carry it to my car so I asked him to help me carry the gas propan to my car his face seemed very unpleasant he carried the gas cylinder and put it on my car very hard when he finished putting the gas propan on my car he looked in my car and saw my father and he asked me why I didn't tell my father to carry the gas propan but asked him, I told him my father was 80 years old he had back pain and couldn't carry anything heavy, after hearing me he got angry and left without saying anything and today when I went there to change the gas propan ,I met that mean guy again , today when he finished changing the gas propan for me he left without telling me what he had done after changing the gas, while I was still standing there waiting for him, when I saw him leave, I followed him and said to help me carry the gas propan to my car. Once again, his face was angry as like he didn't want to help me. When he was helping me carry the gas propan to my car, I thanked him but he didn't say anything and left. he super mean and rude. So today I posted this review to let everyone know that man has a very bad service. I have never met anyone with such a bad customer service. He is a very mean man. I hope the manager will reconsider this employee's service attitude.

I purchased a wing tray for a Christmas party it cost me $30 and the wings were not cooked after I was told they are cooked they were big and soggy ! I would say never again BJs be mindful of your platters because that was pretty bad for $30!

BJ’s gas station blocks the entire entrance into the Lowe’s & BJ’s shopping center. It is out of control and needs to be addressed.

Since my last review seems to have disappeared: the posted price for gas was $1.89... They seem to have a little math problem here. Despite having selected regular, I was charged for (but don't know if I got) premium. But, according to staff, if I catch it sooner next time (like I'm not just going to Sams from now on) they will switch it to get the the grade I selected... Not make good on the price, but switch it back to what I selected in the first place. I have no idea how many times I've been cheated in this manner before I happened to catch it. All I can say is: be careful.

While your service is good, so many time your gas pumps are SLOW been in line for more than one hour.. please fix your pumps...beginning to think its not worth the wait....
