I have been going to BJ'S for years but I had to write about a very pleasant experience with Ann S. She was my cashier and she was so pleasant and helpful. I have never had such a nice person before and I will look for her in the future when I shop at Bjs. She is wonderful!
I've been a member for this Club for years and the customer service never amazes me. From the cart gathering of Rocky to the produce area and the excellent customer service Michael provides every time I come in is A+. The lines are never as long as other Clubs and the fact that it's located next to a Lowe's makes my life a lot easier. Two stops in one. I definitely recommend in becoming a member.
I rarely write negative reviews because I know how they can impact a business. However, I felt I needed to say something. I was a member there for 6 years. Every year, I almost don't renew, but I need things for my business and this is the most economical and convenient. After years of subpar customer service. I can no longer stand it. They lack any and all respect for their members. I have to many issues to list. I strongly encourage you to do your shopping anywhere else but here.
Great selection and prices. Not forced to buy large quantities of items to sit on your shelves at home. The deli is great! They should sell sandwiches. Made an appointment on the phone Thursday in the tire department for Saturday 12:30 got there and were told rudely they had no appointment for me and would not help me, but you can come back tomorrow. Never again!!!! Lost my business, will not renew my membership!! I don’t need to drive so far to take abuse.
Called the BJ's on Atlantic but they couldn't fix my tire under warranty for 3 days. The BJ's on Phillips Hwy. helped me right away, despite being understaffed. Manager Rockie Z. is great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Good man.

This location needs employees or if they are staffed properly it’s hard to find help when your looking for something. Front des and deli have staff , However if you need to find something you have to try to get a cashiers around self checkout to help. Add associates or hold management accountable,
Breakfast blueberry muffins, and a roasted chicken 4.99. Such a deal!!
Mostly I hate people asking for membership card and insisting before pulling out of the wallet. Costco and same club also ask but they wait until you show. And they don’t ask some people entering before after us.. is it a treatment for foreigners? Many products are out of stock for weeks and have to buy expensive products. Footwear is one place I still wonder what sizes they keep on the racks. Clothes also only available xs or XXL. Brainless people seems to re order or suppliers just dump and nobody cares. Tire center is another place where we have to wait for long time and no one attends. If we say hello, they ask to wait. Employees are not bad but not proactive. Some old employees used to ask if need any help but now we have to find and ask for help. Some of the items are expensive in BJ’s than stores like Rowes. Don’t want to tell anything about gas station. It’s a mess most of the times.
