Not too bad..not too good! BJs is good for getting gas at its gas station. But to buy household items or groceries at wholesale prices, there are other better options like Costco or Sams Club - in terms of price as well as variety.

Have shopped here for several years & always happy with selection, staff & cleanliness. Today was first time placing order online for pickup at store & was so impress when order was ready in under an hour. Might not always be that way but was thrilled with this service. Impressed by this store in all ways

Racist receipt checker. My order $256./17 items . Logarithm triggered per item verification at exit. 1st attempt to verify was not successful. 2nd unsuccessful too. 12 people in line just to exit. Asked to go back to CS to sort out. Said no but did anyway. After management arrived on scene he tried to verify at first not successful. Eventually found expensive meat and all was ok. from their point of view I had $210 in prods but paid $256. Reality logarithm predicted likely attempt at fraud. I was unable to leave because the think I’m leaving without paying so they want to prove it. Completely race related and in front of the whole store. Manager- Sorry for the delay. Have a great day.

The reason for this review is to complain about the service I received, and particularly about the man who installed my tires. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I first arrived, he never said hello to me, or made eye contact with me. Instead, he just mumbled something about me being late for my appointment and asked me for my key.I ended up waiting another 15 minutes before another gentleman arrived who seemed to be his supervisor. I was originally scheduled for the morning, but his supervisor called me and rescheduled me because my tires had not yet arrived. When he finished, he never explained what he did or showed me his work. He parked my car outside in the rain and simply told me to sign and initial all his paperwork. I wanted to read and ask about what I was signing, but instead he just rushed me because he wanted to go on his break (his supervisor’s words). To make matters worse, whoever parked my car outside wound up breaking the latch to my center console! And they didn’t even have the decency to tell me. They just left the broken piece by the cupholder. Now why on earth would they need to go into my center console in the first place?!? All in all, I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received, the service performed, and the complete disregard and destruction of my property. I would like to know what, if anything, BJ’s plans to do about this. I am eagerly awaiting your reply.

Trying BJs for a very short time but not good so far. Went to Philips location today for gas and the assistant person there said we have to go inside the store to get a printed card (the gas pump was not scanning and we only had the virtual card in the app) After asking again if there wasn’t any other option, this lady came out of her comfortable AC cabin complaining all the way to the pump to do the scanning her self ( which she did in one second) Why the first answer is making it difficult to the client when you can do it in one second? Rude!

First off, for those who don't know, Wal-Mart owns Sam's Club and BJ's. I love shopping here. I save a lot of money by using the coupons they send in the mail and the ones they have in the store. I have had some minor issues with employee's not paying attention to me, their customer, when checking me out but I have had the same problem everywhere. I have never been double charged or used the optical center. As with any grocery store, you have to check your exportation dates as large families shop here to save money. If you keep these things in mind when you go to purchase a membership, and use the day membership to see the prices, you'll be fine. Hope this helps someone.

First off there is no savings at this "membership club" you can not get at Winn Dixie, Aldi is actually cheaper. The savings on fuel you can find in gas buddy and not have to pay a membership cost. The tire department is under staffed and I found the same tires online cheaper. I just had to pay to have them mounted. The fuel station is always a mess weather it's no towels to wipe your hands or the restrooms are out of order. Only cause they don't want to clean them. True story. I feel bad for the employees who work there.

Incompetence at it's finest! Virtually no employees on a Saturday afternoon meaning very long lines from start to finish! Severely lacking selection and prices higher than you would pay at Winn Dixie! No prepared foods for take and bake, no items to buy and eat there. Had a free one day pass, bought nothing and headed to Costco.

Employees are very rude, Anne with blonde hair is especially rude. She does not greet you at all and searches through your receipt like she seen you take something. It’s weird. They could at least put her through some customer service training and have her say hello or something. It really makes you feel uncomfortable.

To the cashier who worked in lane 2 not wearing her mask to cover her nose as posted outside on the notice to customers: her reply to me was that if I didn't like it that "I should shop online". I sincerely hope Linda, the manager I spoke with, does the right think... this employee needs to find a new job she doesn't have to come in contact with the public. It's not the first time this employee has ignored mask requirements.
