I feel they’re more food-centric than Sam’s. Some of their own-branded items (like paper towels) are not as good as Sam’s. I like that their in store app has coupons built in so you don’t have to remember to bring them or a flyer. The app IS slow which can be frustrating. The only other issue I have (common to Sam’s also) is that clothing always runs out in my size before the other sizes. Parking is plentiful and customer service has been pretty good when needed.

Highly disappointed after a year and a half with them most likely gonna switch to Costco.Have 140$ in store credit that was not working with a 300 refrigerator first lady couldn't figure it out second guy starts to then just walks away to help others so I just left it there and left. I better get my credit what a waste of time!
Bjs features a well organized superstore of grocery, home, and auto needs. Lots of great sales, but beware you have to snip coupons as you shop.
I like this location. Not as frenetic as Costco. Better parking. Easier gas and go. A pleasant experience.
Either there's 4 people standing around staring at you not helping you while you do self-check out because they refused to open a register. Or there's literally no one around and you stand there for 15 plus minutes trying to get help with your register flashing. By far the worst BJ's I've ever been to. It's been this bad for years now. I'm a hair away from canceling and never going back to another BJ's in my entire life.
I had a disappointing experience when I visited the store to renew my membership. The person at the member services desk seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, I still couldn't get the assistance I needed and had to leave to run other errands. When I returned, I spoke to a store associate about the situation, but unfortunately, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes in line and ultimately left without renewing my membership. I believe the store could improve by addressing the staffing and customer service issues to better serve its members. I'm not going to wait in line at a store run by incompetent management to pay a membership fee to shop at their store. The customer service is terrible, and the associates don't seem to care.
Been coming here for years and this place has always treated me pretty good. I do the scan and go to avoid waiting to checkout and it always saves me time. The gas is cheaper about 20 cents here and and the give you $ back on your purchases which is really nice. Products are easy to find and aisles are labeled. Service has always been really good.
Always come to this store because is the closest to my house. This is the second time I have to deal with the same impolite lady at the deli station, Store manager: please tell her that store close at 9pm and not at 8:40pm. I can understand it was about closing time and everybody wants to go home, but there are million ways to be polite and kind to customers and not her attitude. If this person is not really trained to deal with customers try to find a better spot somewhere where she won't need to speak with nobody else.
