Gas prices are higher than everyone around them in Jacksonville. I’m just told yeah we’re meant to be competitive with others and we have a promo for 50 cents off the gallon for purchases in store over $150. Unacceptable and no good reasoning for price gouging gas prices. Shame on bjs upper management

How at 1pm on Sunday do you have 1 person working customer service with 8 people in line . Next person is signing up for membership next has a 75inch tv.. im just trying to return bad product..cmonnnnn

TRULY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED! Order a cake well in advance Went the day before pick up to confirm the order with the manager of the bakery. Pick up the cake get to the party. The cake flavor is wrong. Tried spending two hours calling the store only to get disconnected hung up on or no one can help me finally talk to a manager who wasn’t very pleasant and felt that I was obligating him! Yup, as he read the order, they made us the wrong cake. BJs bakery ruined a four year olds birthday party. I will not order here again. Never have these issues at Publix.

“The bakery and deli employee, Barraca, was extremely rude during my visit. She was unwilling to assist and became defensive. She threw the cold cuts without apologizing, showing a lack of manners, professionalism, and respect toward the customer. This behavior reflects poorly on her training and her ability to interact with the public. “I also spoke with the manager, Sam. Unfortunately, he simply repeated what I said without showing empathy or respect. His attitude came across as careless, which added to my disappointment. I hope he addresses this matter with Barraca’s supervisor so that she can be properly retrained, as her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.

On 6/8/26. I found a great deal on a 75” TCL TV that was open box. The tag showed the price at register was $200. As seen on the receipt, the original price was $699.99. The TV was already on sale with $150.00 off. A manager had to verify the advertised price of $200 which was confirmed and the remaining $349.99 was removed via an override. We left the TV overnight after realizing it would not fit in our vehicle; This was verified with the manager on duty. The following day my partner (who is a household member) went to pick up the TV with the receipt as proof of ownership. He was also there the previous day of purchase. Here he encountered Younge who was working the self-checkout. She had helped us with getting our membership cards the night before so this seemed it would be an easy pickup. Yonge proceeded to make him wait for whatever reason. She made an accusation that the receipt was the wrong color and him picking up the TV was “fishy”. She made several weird faces and made comments like “this is strange” for a length of time. The insinuation being he was attempting to steal. My partner called me at that point and I demanded she contact a manager as she was clearly not understanding her job. I decided to drive up there myself and within those 10 minutes a manger did not arrive. I asked Yonge what the issue was and she stated she needed my club card. She continued to make remarks and look confused at the receipt. Once the card loaded on her screen I pointed to where the prices matched and explained the coupon situation which was identical to the receipt. She then said “Oh, that makes sense” and as the manger finally arrived she was sure to say she solved the discrepancy and he was no longer needed. She should stick to working in roles she knows well. Not knowing how to interpret a receipt combined with an allusion to prejudicial accusations of theft are more than enough to correct her. Unless this is what BJs represents of course.

I ordered a tv from BJs for Christmas last year. It came broken, so I returned it expecting to have another arrive. They said they can’t send another and would refund me. I’ve called and emailed a dozen times since then to no avail. It’s now Easter with no tv nor refund. They keep saying wait 5 to 7 business days. If you’re reading this and considering spending your money at BJ’s, don’t. You will regret every penny spent at this establishment

Absolutely horrible. I am so pissed. I bought a bottle of wine and they made a minor go to the car as it was getting dark because they are more worried about store policy than they are the safety of their customers. Priscilla was the assistant at the checkouts and I am so disappointed in my experience. I know my life could only be enhanced if I did not ever have to go back to that terrible store.

Some of the items are decently priced. It's really not that great of a savings. Some of their baked goods the prices are extremely high. This BJ's here on Phillips highway next to Lowe's. Had a severe problem with water leaking on their product as you can see from the video.

BJ's is my choice of a warehouse type of stores. more convenient and less crowded than all others (like Costco). It has a good variety of products, good prices and smaller packages than in others warehouse stores. BJ's has best gas prices, and if you using their credit card - additional discount on it. And i love BJ's express pay system.
