BJ's Wholesale Club

Our first visit as new members was last evening around 7 PM and we were pleasantly surprised at the inventory, especially the grocery section. It's similar to Sam's Club in pricing and variety but this visit has me thinking of not renewing my Sam's Club membership next year since the product offerings and pricing are similar to BJs and BJ's is closer to our house, is open until 9 PM ET, and membership dues are a bit less. The Phillips Blvd location was very clean and neat and has this cute robot that checks inventory.

Was just at BJ warehouse very rude customer service. Aleah walked away after I waited I line 20 she remarked you take care of her then the next gentleman that was bald could not find my account I went out to the car looking for my card after he would not give me his name told me he did not have to and walked away very rude customer service associates why would you put someone like Aleah in a position that she walks away from her guests after a long wait in line. Wake up they are the face of your company. That is why your member shops are down to $15. Your employees are d so o rude. You are now more or less begging for customers. When Costco’s members $116 dollars. Poor management when you keep employees like that. They do not want to give their names because they know they se doing wrong to your customers. That is why you don’t have any left and your menus a low $15. Really. I don’t think people would take it if it was free. Because you have such rude supervisor and service representative at your counter. I tried to call corporate and there is no answer also. That is how much they care about their business. I hope everyone reads this to know what kind of experience they will receive when they walk into BJ’s. Good luck I know your business is falling hard !! If you know what that means. Probably not though look at the employees you hire starting with your management that Aleah girl is a prime example. Folks beware of her. She has a terrible attitude she goes not want to be here v

First time ever in a Bjs. Wasn't crowded, which I liked a lot. What I was kind of shocked by was a lot of empty shelves in the food section. Some had out of stock signs, and others were just empty. I figured end of the week rush, and they hadn't had the truck come in yet. Other than that great friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.

The carrots I bought molded within 4 days, even with proper storage. This leads me to believe that the employees just let products sit for a while without properly rotating or throwing things out. It is not only the vegetables you have to look out for, but fruits, meat and canned goods too. Keep your eyes peeled. Some stuff is more noticeable than others, wherea others are hidden and you won't be aware until you purchase the item, open it and inspect. Examples would be dented cans, stale chips, or insufficient amount of snacks in a variety pack.

I've had all positive experiences at this BJs. Friendly employees and excellent, competitive prices and selection of organic products. If you eat organic or care about what goes into your body and looking for a place to buy affordable organic produce and other products then you must check out BJs! I'm telling you they have the best prices in town on many organic items... Gala apples $1.49 lb (daily price), Spring salad mix $3.79 for 1 lb, Frozen corn $1.62 lb, etc etc. Their selection of organic products goes well beyond these I just mentioned. I've seen rice, flour, honey, quinoa, flax seed, cinnamon, pizza, burritos, coffee, and the list goes on. Again, these items mentioned and most of their other items are very competitive and generally priced much lower than others in the organic market. If this remains, I will continue to go back to them...

Employees seem to hide. Lines are always backed up on Saturdays. Never enough cashiers on hand and you have to wait 20 minutes to check out every time. When you finally do track down an employee, they only speak Spanish...? Member services doesn't answer the phone. BJ's normally offers free air however these employees are too lazy to do the job and directed me to go to Lowe's.

Unloaded in 1 hrs 30 minutes. Arrived an hour before my appointment got door right away. Restrooms clean. Parking available 10-4

Black female employee in the liquor store the evening of Jan 9 act as if we are bothering her by coming to purchase items. Smacking that gum and eye rolling like a teenager. All we did was walk in, grab a bottle , go to the register and oh boy....nasty attitude. We politely left at went to Sam's!

I dropped my car off at the tire center to have a flat repaired. I was told it would be an hour to finish. I had my two year daughter with me and proceeded to go shopping in the main store for an hour before checking out and going back over to the tire center. The guy working in the tire center had finished patching my tire and advised he couldn't put it back on until a manager signed off on it.. he called the manager Anthony Wells who did not respond. He proceeded to make three more attempts and told me he couldn't do anything till Anthony came to inspect it. I went back to the main store after waiting 20 minutes and asked to speak to the manager. The front staff called him and no response. I then asked who is next in charge and spoke to her. She said she couldn't approve my tire and thhen she tried calling Anthony with no response. I then went back to the tire center and offered to put my tire that was paid for back on myself as my daughter was getting hungry and fussy and it felt like we were being held hostage at this point. He advised he couldn't allow me to put my tire back on. I walked back to the main store and the front staff still had not heard from Anthony and then I went back to the next in charge who said she had just gotten a hold of Anthony as she put her phone down. It appeared she had texted him. After close to an hour Anthony showed up and signed off on my tire allowing the tech to put it back on and letting me take possession of my vehicle and allowing me to take my daughter home. So to recap one hour to patch a tire with no other people in front or behind me and then another hour for Anthony to be found and to show up to do his job. Anthony turns out is the assistant manager of the store and told me that he was never contacted despite me seeing three different people do so multiple times. He the proceeded to tell the tire tech a different story as to why he didn't reply when questioned by him. Clearly not realizing I opened the door to the garage and could hear them. Very disappointing. I like BJs but have had several negative customer.service experiences. I have to weigh if convenience is worth over looking the experience to determine if I will go back. Usually it's not.

Best club store. Great prices and employees. Gas and liquor store available. Entry and exit of parking lot can be a little hectic, but worth it
