I recently went to ZenCog to look at bikes after deciding to ride again for the first time since my childhood. Garfield was extremely kind, explained everything I asked about thoroughly to me and was able to put me on a new bike the next day for under my budget. Chris helped me the following day when I went ti pick up my newly assembled bike and walked me through all of the various options for add-ons, gave helpful advice on the different products without being a salesperson and wasn’t pushy on anything even a little bit. He was warm, friendly and super thorough and he installed all of the add-ons that I chose right there in front of me. I cannot recommend ZenCog enough. They’re they’re attentive, local and very friendly and have lots of options.
I bought a Salsa road bike from ZenCog on 12/31/21. Here I am almost 2,000 miles later. They didn’t try to sell me on some crazy expensive carbon bike or anything silly like that. I got good components and great service. Cheers!

I had my bike shipped here for reassembly before starting at least a 6 month bike tour. My bike has seen thousands upon thousands of miles. John noticed it needed some repairs so that I'd have a safe bike to be starting out on this year. I had him put on the new parts and it is just beautiful and runs perfectly. Garfield was very helpful to me on the phone regarding having it shipped. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with this shop. Thank you gentlemen from the bottom of my heart!

Was a bit unsure of how long the wait would be for my bike to get fixed due to me using it as a daily commuter. But I was told to come in the next day and the same day my bike was fixed for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve loved ZenCog since moving back to Jacksonville in 2012 from California, and now I love them even more. I’ve got a lot of great ZenCog success stories, but recently they went above and beyond to get a frame fixed for me that I thought was a goner. The professional mechanics and sales people know their stuff and are friendly and informative. I’ve been to a hundreds if not thousands of bike shops. ZenCog is at the top of the mark. Everyday cyclists helping everyday cyclists.
