Garfield and crew are a huge asset to Jacksonville's cycling community. Not pretentious like a lot of other shops. Just a good group of people with a legitimate love of bikes. Glad to have found this shop online.

The owner is rude and his help is friendly. Probably the only thing going for him besides location. I wanted a mirror that had been sitting on the shelf for few weeks,I asked if he would come down on the price he told me to try and haggle with Walmart so I went and found a better one for less. Thanks for the advice.
This is probably the coolest bike shop this bicycle addict has ever stepped foot in. If I owned my own shop, this would be the shop that I'd strive to be. Amazing staff, amazing feel. Wish it wasn't across the country from where I actually live! If you're in this area, and bikes are what you live and breath, this is what the love of bikes is meant to be.
Prices are at least $50-100 above MSRP for almost all bikes. Not sure if they're taking advantage of the bike shortage or if this is how they have always priced. Otherwise, service was good. Staff was helpful when we went into try out some bikes .
ZenCog is my immediate go-to neighborhood shop. Both Garfield and Chris are extremely knowledgeable and super eager to assist! The new guy Neil helped me find a tire today and even gave me some excellent tips for installation. Support local 👍🏼
Best bike shop in town - Garf and his crew live and breathe bikes. You will not find a more passionate, knowledgeable, and committed group. The shop and it's crew promote and push to develop a bike culture within Jacksonville. ZenCog Rocks! Ride Bikes!
This bicycle shop is too sick! The staff doesn’t hesitate to drop knowledge and let you know what they think. You can tell the people in here know what they’re doing. Was able to find a Paul Component seatpost for 140$ In here (They are 225$ on the Paul website and won’t ship until 2 months). Crazy deal. It’s amazing they carry brands like Surly and All-City too. This is straight up the perfect spot to begin your bike life. The vibes make you feel like the main character in a video game
Great staff! The friendliest and most eager to help I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Garfield and Chris are fantastic! I brought my barely used Trek 7.2 in to either sell or trade as I haven’t used it for more than a year. I thought I had the wrong size as I always had back issues while riding. My intention was to upsize, but, Gar asked me questions regarding how I ride and if I wanted to be sure I was making the right decision in getting rid of the bike. He and Chris measured my torso and hip area while mounting my bike to a trainer for me to get on and be able to see how I sit on the bike. We determined that I my riding position allowed too much weight on my hips and butt, which caused unnecessary back and neck pain. They simply made an adjustment that allows me to balance my weight between the handle bars and seat , distributing my weight evenly over the bike! I have ridden it numerous times in the last two days and I feel so relieved that I can keep riding! Thank you, ZenCog!
