Cool shop, cool people behind the counter! Swung in yesterday, after getting a flat tire in the neighborhood. By the time I caught my breath and finished my smoothie, my bike was back on the road. Based off the authenticity of the environment and experience, it is without a doubt I will return to this store. Thanks guys!
This is your go to bicycle shop in the heart of Jacksonville. If you want snooty know it all shops don’t go here. If you want to be treated like a real person, and get your bike needs taken care of and more, this is the place. Garfield will help you feel comfortable and an extra shout out to tech Nick. Been to nearly every bike shop in Duval and they are the best for service and repairs. Their size limits their inventory so there are bigger bike shops but when you need personal attention this is the place.

Great shop with amazing customer service. Had my electronic bike worked on and they had no problems with it. Wish I lived closer so I could use them more often but well worth the drive.
We had bought a back bike rack from them and upon getting it home realized it wasn't going to be easy to mount given her bike's style. We brought the rack and bike to Zencog and they installed it for free while we had lunch. They even outfitted the light on the back custom. Good group of guys with no pretensions.
New to the area and just getting used to the transition so I bought a bike a few days ago and was totally loving it. I could ride everywhere from my place and even to work if I really needed to. And then I blew a tire! Since I’m newish to biking I thought this was gonna be some over priced nonsense and have to take an hour longer than needed, but I didn’t have the parts to do it on my own yet. I went to zen cog though.. And Colleen set me straight all in a matter of 5 minutes. And sold me a saddle and spare parts too! She didn’t pitch me to the point of overwhelming me with decisions and I walked out a very happy customer. So much so that I will definitely be back and was more than pleased to write up this review.
