this is by far the best bike shop in florida! i bought a 2022 kona cindercone about 8 months ago and i absolutely love it! the service is amazing i called about a valve stem adapter and they told me the part i needed. i love the vibes, amazing shop. i would recommend this shop for any type of bike or part.
i am looking forward to future ventures with Zencog. currently i am down & out broke, so of course my only form of transportation (Trek Singletrack 900) breaks down and i can barely afford to be broke as it is, so handing out money for parts, repairs or replacements is basically impossible right now. HOWEVER, the fine gentleman here at Zencog issued me a glimmer of hope with just a few words, along the lines of 'bring me your Trek, a fresh pint of Cambodian goat milk and a strand of hair from John Tomac 'The Tomes' left knee, and we'll see if we can't work something out for one of the repaired road bikes i've got sitting around here. i'm typing this from the back of a mule here in Sisophon, Cambodia.... if i am understanding the language correctly, i will be helping deliver a new born goat by this time tomorrow - and in my possession a pint of goat milk shall soon be. one task down, two more to go.......🤞🏼
for me no one contributes to the bicycling community quite like Mr.Garfield and crew at ZenCog. I'd like to think I support all my local bike shops but this is where I'm at home. Without a doubt the best bike shop in North Florida. They keep all my bikes rolling in top condition without a scratch. I recently purchased a Surly Midnight Special from them on their recommendation which I'm totally obsessed with. These cats are honest, knowledgable, experienced, friendly, and just plain flat out the coolest. I even like to drop in when I don't need anything. They do however need a bigger place as more and more folks are realizing what ZenCog's got going on.
A group of hard-working people and I appreciate all the effort and knowledge related to bicycles. I’m on my own small business for well over 40 years. These guys are champions. there’s no issue too big or too small that they won’t handle in a very professional wat. I’m returning and so are half a dozen other people I know that go there consistently
I stopped by from out of town to pick up some chain oil & mentioned I just had my bike tuned but it didn’t seem to ride smoothly. My bike was assessed and fixed quickly. The amount of education on bike maintenance I was given was so helpful. This shop rocks!!
Stopped in just to look, not to buy, in preparation for getting my first nice bike sometime later this year. Although I wasn’t in a position to spend money, Garf was awesome. He spent a good 20 minutes walking me through the pros and cons of different models. I never felt pressured, or dismissed for being a newbie. When I do get a bike in the coming months, this shop will be my first choice.
Best bike shop in town! All the guys are all helpful and nice. They have a great selection of bikes. I brought them a bike from the UK I ordered online and they crushed the build. They went above and beyond when the crank shaft came damaged. Go here first for a new bike, a bike build, repairs and help!
I have had my bike tuned up and bought a road bike here. Great experience multiple times. This crew is knowledgable and helpful! Doing a great service enabling more people to use bicycles as a mode of transportation and exercise. I'll always be back.
Stopped in today to buy a single speed commuter bike. Chris was extremely knowledgeable on all things bike, gear, and accessories. He made the process very simple and enjoyable. Would recommend ZenCog and Chris for all your bike needs.
