Been to nearly every bike shop in Duval and they are the best for service and repairs. Their size limits their inventory so there are bigger bike shops but when you need personal attention this is the place.

Dropped off my son's mountain bike on 3/18, took 40 min to drop off because they were more worried about unloading a truck then helping the 4 customers standing in the tiny shop waiting for help. I should have left then. I called 4 times asking for an update and was finally told they had put it in storage and forgot about it! I was told it would be done the next day. A week later I called again and was told on that day(Friday) it would be done on Monday. I called two more times before it was done on Saturday 5/8 at close. Over 7 weeks to change out a derailer and a tune up.... I was told that they are very popular by the guy on the phone 2 different times. When I arrived today to pick up my bike it was outside in the pouring rain and they could not tell me how long it was there for. We keep our bikes when not in use in a garage to prolong it's life but they did not care about if my bike gets rusted... never use them unless you have weeks for your bike to get lost!
After completely screwing up my brakes I decided that I needed professional help. Took it down to Zencog and the guys made it like new again. I am astonished at how fair their prices are. Seriously good bike shop with awesome and very knowledgeable staff. They have won me over and this is the only place in the area that I will buy a bike from or bring in my bicycles for service!

this is by far the best bike shop in florida! i bought a 2022 kona cindercone about 8 months ago and i absolutely love it! the service is amazing i called about a valve stem adapter and they told me the part i needed. i love the vibes, amazing shop. i would recommend this shop for any type of bike or part.
i am looking forward to future ventures with Zencog. currently i am down & out broke, so of course my only form of transportation (Trek Singletrack 900) breaks down and i can barely afford to be broke as it is, so handing out money for parts, repairs or replacements is basically impossible right now. HOWEVER, the fine gentleman here at Zencog issued me a glimmer of hope with just a few words, along the lines of 'bring me your Trek, a fresh pint of Cambodian goat milk and a strand of hair from John Tomac 'The Tomes' left knee, and we'll see if we can't work something out for one of the repaired road bikes i've got sitting around here. i'm typing this from the back of a mule here in Sisophon, Cambodia.... if i am understanding the language correctly, i will be helping deliver a new born goat by this time tomorrow - and in my possession a pint of goat milk shall soon be. one task down, two more to go.......🤞🏼
I have had my bike tuned up and bought a road bike here. Great experience multiple times. This crew is knowledgable and helpful! Doing a great service enabling more people to use bicycles as a mode of transportation and exercise. I'll always be back.
