West Edge Apartments

I just moved in for 3 weeks ago. So far it's been a great experience with West Edge from the application process to me moving in. Mujeeb helped me a lot during this process. He made sure all my needs were met. I love the interior of my unit, the lobby, gym, and the terrace. Definitely worth it!

Absolutely love living at West Edge! Rian and Ty are amazing and made the whole move-in process super easy. The building is seriously gorgeous with an awesome view, plus you're right in the middle of all the downtown action. Hands down the best apartment building downtown - couldn't be happier with my choice!

West Edge is a beautiful community! I was very excited to see what they had to offer. Ty is the agent who showed me around. He was sooooo great!! Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Ty listened to my needs and showed me a few different options. The floor plans are very spacious and are very modern with amazing views! He also told me about the exciting different resident events they have.

I recently had a very disappointing experience that prompted me to share my concerns. First and foremost, the customer service has been extremely lacking. Whenever I reached out for assistance, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making it challenging to resolve any issues I faced. Additionally, I had a troubling incident involving a package I ordered. The front desk receptionist, who I initially trusted to handle my delivery, ended up tampering with my package. Despite my attempts to address this matter with management, I received no satisfactory resolution or apology. Overall, my experience has been far from what I expected. I cannot recommend this apartment complex based on my experience with their customer service and security of packages.

My boyfriend and i just moved to West Edge over the weekend, but so far the experience has been amazing! I am so grateful to Mujeeb and Ty specifically for their assistance along the way! We moved from Vancouver, Canada, and they made organizing everything so easy! They were always available to help and so approachable and positive throughout! The place is also great, new finishing, well laid out and really quite actually, which is a bonus. Definitely five star service though, so thank you West Edge! As a side note, the elevators are awesome, they are so fast and barely any wait time at all for them! i'm so impressed!

We moved in West Edge recently and our experience was amazing. Mujeeb and Amar really did their best to help us move in and feel settled. At one point, we lost some of our stuff and Amar went ahead and placed requests for video recordings from the cameras at reception. This just shows how they go the extra step for the residents. (Eventually we did find what we had lost in our bags only, so crisis averted.)

Move-in at West Edge has been incredibly smooth—everything was clean, organized, and hassle-free. I’ll admit I had some initial hesitation due to some of these Google reviews and Reddit threads, but after living here and talking to long-term residents in the elevators, it’s clear that the living experience has been overwhelmingly positive for most. Like any downtown Seattle building, yes, you’ll see some homelessness and hear the occasional police siren—but that’s just part of urban living, not a reflection of West Edge itself. What really stood out to me was the team. Rian, Isabel, and Derek have been phenomenal—super responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Their professionalism made the transition feel easy and welcoming. You can't beat this location in Seattle. You can't beat this view in Seattle. You can't beat the (current) team here.

I have been in West Edge for a little over a year now and it’s been amazing. The staff is great, particularly the concierge team. Isabel, Wendy and Amar are always ready to welcome you in with a smile. The leasing office are ever ready to respond to your questions. The place is neat and beautiful!

I am new to the area and have been shopping around a few Greystar properties and this has been my favorite luxury property I have looked at so far. From the front desk associate, to Rosa, our leasing agent, to the ACM Ty, everyone was so friendly and inviting. Rosa answered all my questions with enthusiasm and was detailed from start to finish. On top of what appears to be an amazing team, is also a gorgeous apartment with beautiful views, top notch amenities, and a prime location. Although they didn't quite have what I was looking for at this moment, they have some great options in the future that I will make sure to come back and visit!

Great people, awesome views and location, everyone at concierge team, leasing and management has been extremely nice, patient ( 🙃 ) and more than welcoming. Lived here for almost two years and can’t recommend it enough!
