West Edge is a great place. The building is designed by one of the most prestigious architectural firms in Seattle and the world. The attention to detail is beautiful. The staff is wonderful too. Had a great tour with Ty and he clearly knows his stuff and showcased the building in a way that made it very attractive. Take a look if you're searching for a wonderful place to live.

Living at West Edge has been an absolute pleasure from day one. The leasing team welcomed me with genuine warmth, guided me through every step of the move-in process, and stayed on top of every detail—no request was too small. Onsite maintenance staff are equally impressive: whenever an issue arises, they respond swiftly and handle everything with professionalism and a smile, ensuring my home is always in perfect condition. The community amenities strike the perfect balance between quality and comfort. The well-maintained onsite gym has everything I need for a solid workout, and the dedicated yoga area is nothing short of amazing for stretching out after a long day. West Edge is wonderfully pet friendly, welcoming furry companions with open arms. Monthly events—from seasonal celebrations to themed gatherings—foster a genuine sense of camaraderie and give everyone a reason to come together and enjoy life right here at home. Above all, the concierge and security team at West Edge set a new standard for peace of mind. The front-desk staff greet every resident by name, carefully verify all visitors, and make certain no strangers wander through our halls. Deliveries are handled with care, and any concerns are addressed immediately. I feel completely safe and at home here—and I would absolutely recommend West Edge to anyone looking for top-notch service and a wonderfully run community.

I had a great experience touring with Rosa. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. Rosa took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail of the property, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her warm personality and genuine interest in helping me find the right place really stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing experience—thank you, Rosa!

Living here has been challenging and frustrating. One of the reasons I picked this building due to the advertised high security. There have been multiple times that people have been let up to my apartment without any notice to me to approve who is being let up. It seems all that is needed is your name and apartment number and concierge just assumes that this visitor is approved without knowing any circumstances. Proves to be dangerous at times. There have been plenty of times when I have had food delivery orders just left at the front desk without any notice. Recently, I had a major incident where an expensive material good was delivered but misplaced due to concierge not following their protocols with packages and lockers. This costed me a large sum of money because of a clerical error of signing for a package but not following through with receiving. Management is extremely difficult to communicate with and are not sympathetic of resident concerns. I would not recommend living here if you value your safety and not having to recuperate monetary cost.

West Edge offers the Seattle lifestyle everyone dreams of. Stunning views and incredible amenities, this community has it all! Highly recommend checking it out.

WARNING: This building has the SLOWEST elevators. Takes 30 minutes just to go up and down if you live on the higher floors.

I’ve had a great experience living at West Edge the past 4 years! One of the standout things about this community is how active and welcoming it is—there’s always something going on, from resident mixers to seasonal events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel at home. The units are very spacious for downtown and I love that most have a patio. Sound proofing is great too, it’s very quiet. I also have to give a special shoutout to Isabel and Wendy at the front desk. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, handling packages, or just greeting you with a smile, they truly set the tone for the building. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for not just an apartment, but a real sense of community.

His customer service has been fantastic, especially considering we are relocating internationally. The West Edge Apartments themselves are beautiful, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re excited to start this new chapter here and truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown by the team.

I moved in 1 month ago, my overall experience is great, and some aspect of apartment are even better than I expect. I sign the lease when the rent and the demand is low (around 2021/1), so my only concern is the rent would be too high once my lease end because of high demand~~
