West Edge Apartments

Why live in any city if you can't have a view. West Edge has a virtually unobstructed view of Elliot Bay and Puget Sound, which is very calming. Bonuses are it's spitting distance to Pike Place Market and it has a concierge team that genuinely cares. If you have the pleasure of interacting with Isabel, in particular, one of two things will happen, perhaps both. She will make you feel good about yourself/your day/the world, or she will make you laugh. That can't be taught.

So, I moved from a little over 2,500 miles away and I have to say— Savannah went above and beyond to make sure my move was as smooth as possible. No question went unanswered and communication was clear. On move-in day, Derek was phenomenal, too. Everyone on their staff are incredible, really. The PNW as a whole is a beautiful place and my expectations have been matched and exceeded.

Wow Where do I even start! 🤦‍♂️ Such a Beautiful building with great views! And it ends there! If you want people breaking into your building, not being safe reaching out to management and them not even responding to you for weeks on end for any help regarding problems you’re having in the building, Homeless all round you home! Your parking you pay $350 for being taken. I have reached out to Kate multiple times and have not heard anything back. My packages have been lost by fetch and I cannot get them delivered to the building they keep getting rerouted to fetch. My friends car has been broken into and when asked about cameras in the garage they said they don’t have footage of it! Paying $3600 for a one bedroom and this is what you get👎!! Sad to say I definitely will not be renewing my lease Go to Ren! Or other high rises in the area! Better Leasing team willing to help you with problems! Westedge you always prioritize new residence over the already existing residence and will not take care of issues that are happening to their tenants! Highly disappointed with the team!

It's been a great place to live! I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness from Isabel, Concierge Manager, as well as Ari and Julia from maintenance who were super helpful on a sunday! Nasara at the front desk is always so welcoming, too:) It's a nice building, but it's the people who really make it a community.

We recently toured here and this is an excellent place. Pierre is awesome leasing consultant and he was able to understand our requirements pretty quickly. He gave us the tour based on our preference and didn’t waste even a single minute of our time to show the stuff that we would not be interested. The views from top floor apartments are beautiful.

I recently had an apartment tour hosted by Sequoia, one of West Edge's amazing Leasing Professionals. I am quite picky, and requested to visit every possible Floor Plan. Sequoia made it happen. Overall, I found myself thoroughly enjoying the tour with lots of laughs. I had toured about 15 Apartments in the last few days but couldn't quite find the one that felt right. Sequoia was able to bring a down to earth & fun vibe while we navigated meeting my list of requirements. We were able find two floor plans I fell in love with but I wasn't quite sold on the rate. I asked Sequioa if she could keep digging for me just in case something popped up. And wouldn't you know it, the very next day she requested I return to tour a couple of more floor plans. BOOM, I was sold. She found the same floor plan with an improved rate. So to celebrate, we toured the Pent House to dream big for the future! This building's amenties are top tier with a rooftop lounge that has a 360 view of Seattle. Staff is professional while also keeping it real with you. They have a full understanding that finding a home is of vital importance. Thank you Sequioa for making the experience such a smooth process for me. I can now move from TX to SEA with far less stress.

My friend lives in this building and it's amazing, including the whole staff. From the front desk, the office and Maintenance. I Met Jon and Ali from Maintenance and they were wonderful! Will definitely be keeping this building in mind my next move!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The worst move out experience. They charged us 3× our monthly utility charge for the last month, in addition to a $260 mandatory cleaning fee. I emailed to enquire why the utility charge was so high, but they just ghosted me and never bothered to respond back. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.

I'm absolutely blown away by this establishment! Not only is it well kept but the staff is incredible! I'm often greeted by Isabel Bammer who treats me like a million bucks. I can tell how much she cares about me and everyone who she's in contact with. Going the extra mile to make sure your stay or visit here is a five star experience. Very greatful for this establishment and it's historic impact it'll make in this city. I'd rate it 6 out of 5 stars if possible!

I’ve had a terrible experience living at west edge. My car’s tires were slashed in the parking garage, and the cameras were unable to find the culprit. It was very frustrating that Greystar did nothing to help me. The payment portal was also broken for months, saying that our rent was not paid even though bank statements said otherwise. I’ve had to go multiple times to the leasing office to resolve the issues. Though the apartments and amenities are nice, dealing with the leasing office and Greystar has left me very disappointed.
