Amazing apartment. Great building. The location is very nice, right in the middle of things and this is one of the finest buildings around Pike’s place. The leasing team is really very nice and helpful. Mujeeb helped throughout the process right from apartment hunting to the move in, and even after. Ask for him when you’re looking for apartments. Been here for a month and love it!

Westedge's close proximity to pike place and clear views of Elliot bay makes it one of the best apartment buildings in Seattle. Ty, Rosa, Rian and Mujeeb were prompt and efficient during the application and moving in process. Overall my stay at Westedge has been a great experience given the location and the staff.

I had an amazing experience working with Ty, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help in getting me into my dream apartment. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth and stress-free. Ty answered all my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out perfectly. Moving can be overwhelming, but with Ty’s assistance, it was actually an exciting and enjoyable experience. West Edge is a great apartment complex located in downtown. During my stay in 2021, Pierre was a fantastic help and made my experience even better. The only downside is that there is a homeless population located a block away, but this is a common issue for those living in downtown areas. Overall, I highly recommend West Edge for its great location and exceptional service from the staff.

Rian was so great from the moment of the tour to signing a lease. She was thorough and so knowledgeable on the tour, which made me feel confident about the apartment from the start. Also, I know she worked hard throughout the process and I thank her immensely. While there are always some snags in every apartment search, I am really glad West Edge will be home for awhile. I’ve been in Seattle for 4-ish years and this place has got to top all the places I’ve lived before. From pristine communal spaces to accommodating amenities, it’s hard to compare this to anything else. Thank you Rian!

In my one year at West Edge, I’d say it’s a pretty great apartment building in a pretty good area. THE GOOD - The communal spaces and amenities were always well kept which I appreciated. Something I really liked about West Edge that our previous building didn’t have was a 360° rooftop space and the yoga studio with amazing views and natural light. But of all the amazing things about West Edge, my favorite by far is the concierge. They made a clear effort in fostering their relationship with not just my partner and me but our dog too, to the point where he would be excited coming home and walking into the lobby because he was excited to say hi to his “friends.” The team also started bringing back social events to help build community which was a nice touch to our experience at West Edge. A memorable community event for us was the dog event on the 8th floor patio. Not only did they have a bunch of treats and activities for dogs, they decorated sugar cookies and made sure to have a shiba inu one for our dog :’) When we first moved in, the building was still using Fetch services for packages which the community wasn’t too fond of, but by the end of our term, the building switched over to package lockers which really improved satisfaction. We never had any issues inside our apartments. The appliances, flooring, etc. were all very nice and worked well. If I remember correctly, we only had to call maintenance once and it was a false alarm. So that was a huge win! THE BAD - Almost every experience with the leasing office and management was pretty negative. I've also heard that quality in management dropped significantly ever since Greystar took over as they're not great with managing larger buildings like this. West Edge wanted us to sign our lease by a certain date and we agreed to start our lease at that date (which was 2 weeks earlier than we needed) if they could offer us specific concessions. They agreed to those concessions but we didn’t see one of them (free bike storage) stated on our lease, so we did not sign. When we asked for the lease to be revised, the response we got was “come on, it’s only $10.” That felt quite rude. After signing though, we did get a nice gift (reminded me of real estate closing gifts). The worst experience of all was right as we were moving out. My partner was exiting the building with our U-Haul and I was following behind with our sedan. I was idling behind the U-Haul at the garage entrance when the steel rolling gate came down and slammed on the trunk of our car, breaking our spoiler off. West Edge took no responsibility for this as it is written in the lease that you should never stop your car there, but the disappointment came from 1. how management handled this situation (we ended up taking it to small claims, which they did not like) and 2. simply the fact that a luxury apartment building that opened in 2018 charging high rent prices doesn’t have a censor to prevent accidents like this from happening. I do want to note that the issue ultimately was resolved, but it did take almost a whole year. The location is great in that it’s just a block away from Pike Place Market which is a great place to get groceries, pick up some food, or just be outside, but the building is also just a block away from the infamous 3rd street. If you’re concerned about safety, I wouldn’t consider living at West Edge to be necessarily unsafe, but it does require your extra attention when going out or coming home. If always having to be alert and aware of your surroundings seems like too much for you, then I would steer away from this part of Downtown Seattle. So would I recommend West Edge? Depends on what you value and what your priorities are. But I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would encourage you to give it more thought if you’re already considering it. :)

I am new to Washington State from Los Angeles. I viewed many apartments, looking for a view I had in mind. When I walked into the apartment, I decided to lease; the view was breathtaking. It was so beautiful! Since leasing the apartment, I've been between LA and Seattle. I was in Seattle for two weeks and had to return to LA. I had furniture delivered, and the staff was so helpful, letting people up to make the delivery and with so many other things too. Everyone has been so accommodating in my absence. I haven't lived in an apartment for a while, so this is an adjustment, but everyone from the concierge team to the leasing office and maintenance has been very friendly and helpful. Also, the leasing, maintenance, and concierge departments quickly respond to my questions or concerns. A shout-out to these lovely people at West Edge: Isabelle, Wendy, Daniel, Ammar, Ty, Zarth, and Ali. They have been helpful to me.

I can’t say enough great things about our building maintenance team—Josh and Zarathustra truly deserve every bit of this five-star review. As a resident of four years, I’ve had plenty of experience with maintenance over time, and I can confidently say they are exceptional. They don’t just get the job done—they go above and beyond every single time with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. What really stands out is their attitude. They are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, no matter how big or small the request is. It’s rare to come across people who not only do their work so well but also bring such positive energy to every interaction. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take real pride in what they do. That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m truly grateful for everything they do—Josh and Zarathustra make this building a better place to live!

It's only been a week since we moved in, but I already feel confident enough to write this review. Overall, my wife and I believe we made an excellent decision. Among the many condominiums in Seattle, we chose West Edge because its location, size, and year of construction all met our expectations - and now that we are living here, we are even more convinced it was the best choice. We are especially grateful to Ty Evans, who spoke slowly for us during the contract process since we are not fluent in English, and answered all our questions clearly and patiently. We also want to thank Isabel for kindly explaining the Luxer One package system when we didn't understand how it worked. I can't remember the name, but I truly appreciate the specialist who immediately resolved my service request as well. My wife and I place great importance on water quality, and we are impressed by how well it's managed here. The tap water has a TDS level of around 20 ~ 30 PPM, and after filtration, it drops to just 1~2 PPM. Considering that bottled water typically measures around 20 PPM, we are receiving exceptionally clean water. Living here is very convenient, with H Mart, Target, and Pike Place Market nearby for shopping. My wife is absolutely delighted to do the dishes while looking out at the ocean. My wife is so happy with everything - it truly feels like I gave her a great gift. And being able to see Mt. Rainier during meals is simply breathtaking. (As everyone knows, it looks even better in person than in pictures.) If anyone is considering moving to Seattle, I would absolutely recommend West Edge.

Absolutely the best concierge experience. Lobby is spectacular and they decorate ever year for the holidays. Also, everyone I've interacted with that lives here are nice. 🫶
