West Edge Apartments

We recently toured here and this is an excellent place. Pierre is awesome leasing consultant and he was able to understand our requirements pretty quickly. He gave us the tour based on our preference and didn’t waste even a single minute of our time to show the stuff that we would not be interested. The views from top floor apartments are beautiful.

Adjusting my review as the building has continued to make more inconveniences for its residents. This place seems great as there marketing portrays/alludes to professional and welcoming. When the reality is, they don't know what actually matters in Managing Property. Are your residents happy, are the amenities all available that we say were going to be available, and are my residents reporting things that we have answers and solutions for. Not to mention that the cleaning services that they have cleaning the property, stink up the hallway when I open my front door to head to work, I smell cleaner mixed with body order. Restricting amenities access hours, elevators not working, and packages are inconsistently handled and most the time missing. This has gotten to the point where now we cant receive packages or deliveries. They struggle to keep the concierge service offered to us when we sign up as 24/7, operating at full capacity. Over the 4 1/2 years that I have lived in this building, I have constantly had issues with package delivery or food delivery. Missing packages, Delivered to the wrong building/unit and there was no ownership of this process. Instead, they have decided to, pass this responsibility to a 3P company, what do we pay concierge for? The new 3P company Fetch Package, biased out of Austin, TX. has 1000's of negative reviews and complaints to submitted to the BBB, to deliver our packages. This as many don't have time to read the terms and conditions removes the liability from the building and Fetch Package. So really how can I get Holiday gifts or how can we get critical packages delivered? Again piss poor management decisions, mixed with staffing issues, and the residents are paying for it. Missing gifts that were sent to us from others, receiving mail form old tenets. Luxury apartments, what a joke. They don't even deliver the promised 24hrs Concierge Service, you cant use your address, You are not allowed to access the Amazon Hub, and are forced to use this service that states they might charge you for the service. This is outrageous and unacceptable. Maybe next time Graystar thinks that is a great opportunity for there business, they should confider the customer. Do the research on the company you decide to partner with. Very disappointing for a Luxury apartment complex, managed by a very large Property Management Company to again pass the burden to the residents that are already putting op with the sub par services that I have been paying for almost 5 years. The area is very dangerous, if you want to live in an area, where constant danger from the neighborhood and walk out to smelling the scent of pharmaceuticals being burned, then this is it. Mangement does not enforce policies, Management does not care about the building upkeep, and the communication from them is very inconsistent. I give this location 2 more years and it will be converted over to condos. I have finally reached the breaking point, and am moving out citing: Building Operations, Lack of Ownership, Maintenance, Staff Turnover, Unclear Polices/Unenforced, Neighborhood Safety/Civil Unrest, Area Drug Use/Crime, Minimal Communication, IT Troubles/CCTV Coverage/ Building Infrastructure troubles (Water leaks, garage (leaking and damaging vehicles) Good Luck. I would stay away from this building, far away for your safety and health. As the lease agreement (200+ pages), really is not in your best interest either. According to my attorney this place is borderline bending rules, to ensure that they can keep occupancy at the level needed.

Frankly I have been at Westedge since 2020 and by far is the worst managed property I have ever lived in! I have been harassed multiple times had multiple issues, other residents have complained about random people that don’t live on our floor popping up and it’s because there is an Airbnb in the property. 3rd and pike is already unsafe as is now we don’t even feel safe in our own home! I have tried multiple times to talk to the manager Kate and heard no response! 😡 and my assigned parking space that i pay $300+ for every month being taken consistently! I have emailed The manager multiple times on different occasions and have not heard a response from her about the situation! The team is constantly changing with unexperienced unprofessional team members, maintenance team good beyond that this would be the worst place to live paying $3000+ dollars every month. The floor is constantly having dirt and is rarely vacuumed or cleaned. The concierge is always changing and there have been multiple times where 24 hour concierge was not available👎 yet we pay in full for that! shame on you Guys! do better for your residents issues! 😡

The staff just deserved a shoutout- everyone is so helpful but Isabel always goes out of her way to create meaningful interactions. She has such a warmth about her and a genuine desire to be of service, which you just don’t see everyday! Wendy is also fantastic and always super helpful!

So, I moved from a little over 2,500 miles away and I have to say— Savannah went above and beyond to make sure my move was as smooth as possible. No question went unanswered and communication was clear. On move-in day, Derek was phenomenal, too. Everyone on their staff are incredible, really. The PNW as a whole is a beautiful place and my expectations have been matched and exceeded.

Wow Where do I even start! 🤦‍♂️ Such a Beautiful building with great views! And it ends there! If you want people breaking into your building, not being safe reaching out to management and them not even responding to you for weeks on end for any help regarding problems you’re having in the building, Homeless all round you home! Your parking you pay $350 for being taken. I have reached out to Kate multiple times and have not heard anything back. My packages have been lost by fetch and I cannot get them delivered to the building they keep getting rerouted to fetch. My friends car has been broken into and when asked about cameras in the garage they said they don’t have footage of it! Paying $3600 for a one bedroom and this is what you get👎!! Sad to say I definitely will not be renewing my lease Go to Ren! Or other high rises in the area! Better Leasing team willing to help you with problems! Westedge you always prioritize new residence over the already existing residence and will not take care of issues that are happening to their tenants! Highly disappointed with the team!

It's been a great place to live! I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness from Isabel, Concierge Manager, as well as Ari and Julia from maintenance who were super helpful on a sunday! Nasara at the front desk is always so welcoming, too:) It's a nice building, but it's the people who really make it a community.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The worst move out experience. They charged us 3× our monthly utility charge for the last month, in addition to a $260 mandatory cleaning fee. I emailed to enquire why the utility charge was so high, but they just ghosted me and never bothered to respond back. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.

I’ve had a terrible experience living at west edge. My car’s tires were slashed in the parking garage, and the cameras were unable to find the culprit. It was very frustrating that Greystar did nothing to help me. The payment portal was also broken for months, saying that our rent was not paid even though bank statements said otherwise. I’ve had to go multiple times to the leasing office to resolve the issues. Though the apartments and amenities are nice, dealing with the leasing office and Greystar has left me very disappointed.

I'm absolutely blown away by this establishment! Not only is it well kept but the staff is incredible! I'm often greeted by Isabel Bammer who treats me like a million bucks. I can tell how much she cares about me and everyone who she's in contact with. Going the extra mile to make sure your stay or visit here is a five star experience. Very greatful for this establishment and it's historic impact it'll make in this city. I'd rate it 6 out of 5 stars if possible!
