There's a guy staff, name D.J. He's totally brainless! If you see him, it spoil ur entire day! Asking a pregnant lady to hold on pee for a restroom!!! (toilet need a code to enter). As per D.J, he said i have to pruchase a product in the store then can a code for restroom. The thing is, we brought it and was waiting for the drink. He insisted the product to be hold in my hand then i can get the code to use their restroom. This is ridiculous!!!! Please re-educate the staff for training purpose. This isn't right to be as a jerk like him. I can be very understanding base on it customer flow was very busy. But all i need a code to use the toilet. Hence, he did the same to other customers too (including elderly). Thankfully, another nice lovely lady staff approached me and said the code "210". Sadly i never manage to get her name. But she's having a long red wavey hair. Thanks to her, i am able to feel relieved and so does other customers too.
Horrible service the employees they had today smiles while being rude to you which just seemed absolutely appalling to me. I was disgusted honestly she was extremely rude the guy infront of me got his wife a drink and two waters she gave zero attitude I was next I asked for two pastoriles and two waters. But she gave me horrible attitude and refused to give me them but what’s the difference with the man infront or me we both had one purchase and two waters?? All I can think of was race because I couldn’t find any other reason and I did not appreciate all that attitude older lady!
They need to hire more employees they're overwhelmed. Coffee is really good though
Asked for an ice water and the staff member Kenna refused. I've been to maybe 100 locations and they're always cool and give me one, including at a capitol hill location hours earlier. Been to locations all over the U.S. and it's never an issue. I appreciate it as I drink a lot of coffee at Starbucks & spend a decent amount of money there. .. For some reason they won't give you an ice water at this location on Alaskan way though lol. Super annoying especially when I already bought a coffee from Starbucks that morning. Staff member had attitude about it too. Staff like this will ensure Starbucks keeps losing ground!
Mocha Cookie Crumble and Iced soy milk latte were excellent! Julie was very friendly and made our coffee- it was one of the best Starbucks lattes I’ve ever had. 10/10!
This coffee shop appears to be the only Starbucks located along the Seattle waterfront piers, making it a convenient and popular stop for tourists and locals alike. I did not appreciate the service at this Starbucks. I understand it’s busy on a Sunday midday. However, closing one of the cash registers while we were next in line and then getting told to go wait in line again was not ideal. We had to go to the back of a long line just to buy a mug. The service workers were all wandering around and then when we were in the back of the line they open up the 2nd register again…. Why couldn’t we have been told to just wait? Also why did the service worker send us to the back of the line again? I didn’t like the attitude he gave to my mother and guests we had with us.
It's got a cool work vibe. I like to do some networking in the morning. I think it's a short walk to the ferry. My favorite thing is to get their house roast.

Typical Starbucks with Speedy service, in the summertime it can get a bit crowded with all the out of towner tourists that come to town for the giant hotel barges, also known as cruise ships.
