It sucked. They couldn’t get it together. Ordered an iced coffee got a hot one. Got chocolate milk. They didn’t mix it at all. They were not kind or anything wouldn’t recommend. Rude customers and workers. You would think for it being Seattle it would be the best but it’s not. Gas station coffee would be better
Great service. The person taking my order earlier today (about 2 PM) recommended a drink that was good, and was polite. I returned later, around 7:35 PM, and the person taking the order (I believe the name was Nathan) was courteous.
The best! They always make my drink correctly and perfect <3 you can tell they regularly clean everything because the espresso is never bitter like it can be at some other locations and the staff is always so nice and caring.
We ordered a frozen lemonade and got no waiting time told. After roughly 18 Minutes we asked how long it is supposed to take, because we needed to catch the train. They told us 15 Minutes. Everyone else that was in the Starbucks before and 5 minutes after us was long gone. We had our single lemonade after about 25 Minutes (a bit later).
The Manager here is so great! The lady at the cashier made a small mistake and put an order of 2 coffee instead of 4 coffee. Then the manager, who witnessed what happened give us the 4 coffee that he made himself and didn't accept the money differance. Great customer service and the outside seats are amazing because you get to sit on the side of the waterfront. Probably the best Starbucks.
the old lady named doe working the service was being extremely rude and not nice to us, we were asking politely for our stuff and she was acting like we were dumb. i recommend getting coffee anywhere else in seattle, it will taste better, it’s cheaper some places, and you will actually get good service.
Would always reccommend ordering through the app due to the heavy traffic especially during the summertime. The outside windows is for pickup only. One must go inside to order. PU is also available inside ... Go to the far right side of the store Staff was friendly and very efficient. Strawberry Creme Frappuccino was excellent.
Coffee is all right, however good luck picking up your mobile order. Basristas will avoid eye contact, even as you stand there about to ask for your drink that is just on the other side. The first time this happened, I thought maybe it was bad luck…but no, every single time you’ll wait a solid 5~10 until someone bothers handing your drink over.
My experience here today was awful! Was told that they won’t put my drink into a personal tumblr even though it’s clean n sanitary. But they have put someone’s drink into their own tumblr. I didn’t appreciate the misinformation n discrimination. I won’t be back to this locale.
Visited the location at 8:00am on a Sunday. They had the bathrooms roped off so nobody could use them. When I asked why, the lady behind the counter said for safety reasons. I guess Starbucks can’t allow its employees to determine who is a vagrant, and who is a paying customer. The gal behind the counter was clearly peeved by me asking to use it. Sad.
