The staff here were not friendly and came across as quite rude. Customer service needs serious improvement. I would avoid this location if you have other options.

I've been to many Starbucks in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Hawaii and Alaska. This by far was the most dirtiest and understaffed Starbucks I've ever been in. I waited in line for 20 minutes to place my order 'Americano' and I waited another 15 just to receive it. I knew this place was a mistake. The trash on the floor and the dirty countertop was disgusting. The health department gave this location a 'Excellent' rating, dated January 2018, it's now August 2018.
There's nothing like sitting outside on the pier, in the rain, while drinking a hot, delicious Starbucks coffee. Make sure to try one next time you are in the area. I always buy two, so I can give a homeless person one too. Starbucks staff are friendly and welcoming and this location is my all time favorite!
Great service at this location! Unfortunately, I ordered a disgusting drink called Honey Almondmilk Flat White, which I would not recommend. It was terrible. But that was my choice and has nothing to do with the store. I just don't recommend that drink, because I've been to this store several times and I always enjoy the service and drinks.
Its a nice cozy little Starbucks at the harbor here in Seattle . Its standing room only no places to seat unfortunately . They do have a mobile pick up window .
This is one of the first Starbucks in the city, basically it's serve coffee snd small bites, the experience over all is excellent. (+) staff are very nice, and they gave me a complimenry new products, fast and professional. (-) this area is quite crowded but near from the harbor. Check some photos uploaded. . .outside and inside the shop.
Awful. If you can’t help people standing at the register, at least acknowledge them. But to look at them and then look away? “Someone will be with you in just a moment!” Something. Anything. Absolutely dismal service.
