Typical Starbucks, nothing special except that since in a touristy spot it's overcrowded and continuously busy with long restroom lines. Came on a Sunday on labor day weekend around 12:30, my girlfriend placed her order online and we waited inside. Seemed like a typical wait time all things considered.
Dirty, unkempt. Trash was overflowing, counter tops were wet and sticky, with only three Customer in the store, yet the over staffed employees had time to stand around or make their own drinks before serving my incorrect, sloppy order. Corporate should take a visit.
This location so convenient and consistent. Good location and a good choice for coffee and I recently discovered their Paninis. Has a community feel to this Starbucks location. Inside with my laptop or in the car, always better with a cup of coffee.
Great customer service, they try to keep the place clean even if it's located in an overcrowded area. Staff is welcoming and open to customize your order if needed. But sometimes the place runs out of some bakery items, so you need to come in the morning or choose among alternatives that are still available.
We stopped by the Starbucks while waiting for our boat tour and had a great experience. The location was extremely busy with a long line of customers the entire time we were there. Even so, the employees worked very efficiently and kept everything moving quickly. The staff stayed friendly and organized despite the crowd. We were surprised by how fast everyone in line was helped. Our drinks came out quickly and tasted delicious. It was a perfect place to grab coffee before heading out on the water. I would definitely stop here again when visiting the Seattle waterfront.
1. Pier 55 is here, and if you want to go to the restroom and have a cup of hot tea, please go here. 2. Employees are kind 3. You can sit down and eat. 4. In this cold weather, it's a great place to drink tea with your loved ones while warming up while drinking warm tea. 5. People passing by the side of the road and having a cup of tea. 6. A vibe given only by Seattle Starbucks, which Starbucks in other countries cannot give. 7. As expected, Starbucks is love.
Definitely a quality Starbucks. I had my standard big coffee with hazelnut and breakfast sandwich, and it was glorious! A nice little place to sit down and watch the crowd. Everything was waiting for me when I arrived, which was cool. I'd definitely come here again. It's right there on the coast! 😃
I had an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks. I asked for the restroom code, and an employee — I believe his name was Candin, a short gentleman with glasses — told me the restroom is only for customers. I explained that I was already a customer and also have the Starbucks app, but he still spoke to me in a rude way and said I needed to place an order first. On top of that, the restroom was extremely dirty and clearly not being maintained properly. The way this situation was handled was embarrassing and unnecessary. Customer service and cleanliness should be much better at Starbucks.
Great Starbucks location at pier 55 on Seattle waterfront. Stopped here for couple coffees and delicious breakfast wrap before heading out on a ferry to Bainbridge Island. Staff here is very nice and food and coffee was served quickly. Place is quite busy as this is a tourist area, but staff is efficient.
I really love this Starbucks location. It’s perfectly situated on the pier, making it a great spot to grab a coffee and enjoy a walk along the waterfront. The café is open until around 9 PM, which is super convenient if you want to get a drink in the evening after work or while strolling by the water. It’s actually quite hard to find a good place for coffee on the pier later in the day, so this spot is a real gem. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The service is fast, even when it’s busy, which I really appreciate. I work nearby and often stop by after my shift to grab a coffee. No matter how many customers there are, they always do their best to prepare everything quickly and with great quality. It’s especially helpful when you only have a short break but still want to enjoy a good drink. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and always enjoy coming here! ☕
