Not what is going on Saturday, March 14 but it was the worst experience I have had at Starbucks ! the line it was ridiculously long and not moving .when I finally got up to the window after sitting in line for no joke 20 minutes my order was wrong but I could not wait any longer! the drink is strictly syrup it’s not even drinkable it was supposed to not have whip cream clearly on the sticker it says no whip big dollop of whip cream on it . The cashier looked right at the label and proceeded to hand it to me . I don’t know if it’s lack of staff lack of training or lack of care but I won’t be back to this location .
Having made a living on tips pretty much 2/3 of my working career I understand the plight of hourly wages. That being said I never ever asked a customer to tip. I'm pretty sure they don't get paid $2.13 an hour like I did. I use to drink Starbucks 2-3 times a day back when my drink was $3.75. Now I'm not ancient. This was like 5 years ago. When the Florida voters wanted a $15 dollar minimum wage; actions have consequences. Now my drink is $6 bucks. Most of the time it's delicious, sometimes ehhh. I'm not ordering a crown and coke, it's a coffee ordered via drive thru. Maybe I'm just getting older but I've never agreed to strong arm tactics to tip. Handing a customer your card reader and requesting a tip in my opinion isn't right. Stick to the tip jar and if someone wants to enlighten you with a tip take it with grace. Don't ask a customer if they want to tip.
So I ordered the Iced White Mocha with Caramel Drizzle and Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam, I get it and it tastes like pure salt instead of sweet cream. I didn’t have time to go back and get it re done due to having an appointment. But I am extremely disappointed. I could not even taste the coffee due to how much salt they put in the foam. Pay attention before you give me the wrong drink.
Awesome experience! Brad was super helpful and willing to pour 4 travelers last minute for me after getting told no by my local Starbucks, which seems to often struggle with things. So very grateful! Helping keep people warm that have to work in the rain and cold tonight! Thanks, Brad!
Great customer service, very clean, always fully stocked. Despite being busy, their turnaround is pretty quick. Sometimes hit or miss on my order though, drink is always made pretty different depending on the barista, so I tend to go in the evening.
So I’ve been coming here for awhile. The people use to be amazing. They’ve become very rude in personable. I thought it was just a fluke. The last three times my coffee has only been half full for a Venti, yesterday I got my coffee and the lid fell off spilling all over me. This morning I got a cold cheese danish, girl just super rude! I’m aware that they just changed management, definitely no excuse for their behavior and nasty ways. When you try to address the issue, they tell you it’s not their problem! OK Starbucks I didn’t want to make this yucky post because you do have one good worker in there, but I won’t be back!
Great drink as always but this is literally one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I sat in line and didn't move for over 15 minutes (second in line to order). This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. It happens pretty much every time so I rarely stop at this location.

It’s not a full on Starbucks with the lobby. It’s a drive through or walk up only. It’s a full on Starbucks in the sense you can order on the app and get all the same goods. The lady working was real nice and my flat white was good as it should be.
