It never ceases to amaze me how some Starbucks employees love to correct customers on their order. The polka dot shirt wearing barista at the counter today continued to correct me on how I order my drink. (I can’t give her name because the name tag she was wearing was so worn and rubbed off, the name wasn’t legible to read) I really want to tell her that I worked for Starbucks for five years and there’s a reason why I specifically ordered the way I do. But I didn’t get into it with her, because quite frankly she was rude and a know it all. Regardless, your job isn’t to tell me how to order or what you think about my order. It’s your job to serve me and say yes ma’am and just get the order right, because I’m PAYING YOU FOR A SERVICE. Not for you and your pretentious restaurant to correct me. Not to mention, she didn’t ask me for my name, with my complicated order, so when they were calling out my food and drinks, there was confusion as to who’s was what. That’s the whole point of why you ask someone for their name. Get better employees that understand professionalism and customer service.

I go to Starbucks everyday of my life and this one is hit or miss. I think Ive had 2 pleasant employees in the past year. Its Sunday at 1pm with 2 RUDE employees and about 16 customers waiting. I ordered 43 minutes ago and my husband can’t get them to come to the window labeled “pickup”! Then when they do, they discourage you from using it because they are too lazy to walk to the window. If you don’t like your job then get a new one but being rude because your boss understaffed your shift is not okay. They are making everything wrong and yelling at customers “too bad, there’s only 2 of us”. I pay way too much for one drink to be yelled at when I go pick it up. Not a good location

Everyone was in a bad mood here! I've tried them twice, no more. Race issues? Maybe I am too white for them? I don't know? But I won't be back. Purchased a beautiful Nespresso machine online. Now I have my own badass coffee in my home. Best purchase in years.
I order the same drink made the exact same way every time, therefore I can taste when something hasn’t been added or added correctly. Today they made my drink incorrectly both times and appeared to be upset I asked for a remake. First time it was too sweet and had milk foam instead of whip. Second time it was too bitter. If they would have made it exactly as I’d requested it would have had the perfect balance. I’m disappointed I spent $8 on a drink I was dissatisfied with.
Most difficult and most challenging location in town. The drive-thru is incredibly difficult to navigate and makes the entire parking lot for all the other shops useless, yet they insist on being drive-thru only. It's 2022 and has nothing to do with covid. Incredibly frustrating.
Service pretty good but if they have more employees that gonna be perfect!
