Placed an order @3:34pm and got in line at that time as drive thru was busy and I wanted to make it easier on them as well as not have my husband place the order. Took 15 minutes to get to window, which is understandable. But we sat at the window for another 15, no one coming ask us or tell us how long. Finally the lady came to the window and asked what our order was and I said the mobile for Lisa. It was sitting in the window for so long it's completely melted (it's a frapp). Really upsetting to pay almost $6 for a melted drink and poor service
Placed an order thru the app. The inside store is closed, drive thru only. 8 cars in drive thru. I guess the coffee waitress was having a bad day. I kindly asked her; when will the store be opened back inside? her response; in a sarcastic tone with a smile; never. Stay away from this Starbucks. Coffee is not good, service is worse.
There was a new girl working and the manager was being really gruff at her. Everybody needs to have a learning curve and if he's going to be understaffed there's no reason to treat his counterperson poorly. The outside area where we were told the only place we could sit down was filthy dirty and spider webs and cobwebs everywhere he needs to up his staff and take care of the place to Starbucks standards it's not like you can't afford to do it with the price you charge for coffees
We come here a lot with my husband. My drink is difficult to make, and I know they tried. However, this time, it was a hit! Right on the mark! Totally made my day! In terms of customer service, 2/5 trips we made there weren't too impressive, but the 3/5 totally made it worthwhile.
Today I stopped at this store on Bolton & Blanding. My sandwich was not wrapped just thrown in a bag. No, I did not eat. 3rd time I ordered bagel and you did not have. NEVER AGAIN...
Very friendly and patient staff and good quality food and coffee. I only did drive thru so I don't know what the inside looks like, but outside was clean and the menu was up to date and well lit and I was there at the very end of the shift but no one was rude or short with me. Very pleased.
Fast friendly service and my drink was made perfect! Clean store. However, this is yet another badly designed Starbucks drive thru. If there are more than 4 cars in line you might as well get out and go in because the parking lot gets all chaotic and screwed up.
Great service, wonderful coffee. I enjoyed my normal caramel Frappuccino after work and the service was sincere and I was in and out without issue. Wish Jacksonville sheriff's office would take care of the vandals in the back parking lot and surrounding area.
Worst place ever. They always make my drink wrong when i ordered a passion tango ice tea they gave me a pink drink that tasted like watered down throw up and the color was like puke pink. They didn’t want to give me a refund. The wait is horrible. When I the one guy (don’t know his name) brown hair white guy is working the drive thru it’s always slow & he’s always superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rude, not polite, not friendly, not talkative, & I complained about him multiple times to corporate. He needs to be fired! Never ever again coming to this place.
This store has not reopened since Covid. Every time I have been here, customers are compelled to use the drive through which creates a staggeringly long wait line. As an app user, I prefer to pre-order and then just park and go in for pick up, but here there is no such option. Yes, you can walk up and try to get someone to bring your order put, but there is no advantage in that since you must stand at the door and wait for someone to look your way. I try to avoid this location as much as possible.
