This is my most favorite Starbucks ever!! My drink is always delicious and the service is always incredible. "Z" is especially wonderful, kind, and hard-working. What a great team that provides such great results!!
Me and my family were trying to order drinks but while ordering, the manager, Jordan, cut me and the cashier, Hailey, off while we were discussing. He is extremely rude and had an attitude + tone upon first interaction. Extremely unpleasant! They also messed up one of our drinks. Even though Jordan gave us a terrible experience, Hailey apologized for her manager’s actions and helped us throughout the process. We greatly appreciate her service!
They have an inside area, but do not allow customers inside. They have a pick-up window that is not shaded, not even an awning to protect from hot FL sun to consider customers with medical conditions, or even for anyone. Nor for rain... again, we're in FL and we're waiting for orders that can take any amount of time. Some locations are so busy, you could wait 20 minutes for one drink. Also, be weary how you say anything to them, too. Barista overreacted (it was super weird) because I asked for a trash can? I ended up having to repeat myself, because he gave me a look and sounded like he got offended or something, and did not respond. No trash cans and they won't even let you reach your hand to toss it in the can (yes ok, you cant touch it. However, I asked if "I could throw it away"), because it is literally right there at the window, just on their side of it. Just a weird experience altogether, that I have never experienced at any location. They acted like I was a bother more than anything. I travel for work and have been to over 150 starbucks, easily. I definitely will not be back to this one, especially when you're made to feel you can't just speak without treading on ice. Now I need to stop at a different starbucks and ask for some more caramel drizzle...
There was an accident that occurred and prevented me from being able to pick up my mobile order because the plaza was blocked off by police and emergency vehicles. I called the store and was told I could get a refund through the app. However, you cannot receive refunds or credits through the app. I contacted customer service, submitted the requested information, and over a month later, I have received not received a follow-up response. Awful customer service.
Absolutely love this location and all its employees. Everyone always has a great attitude. Drinks are always made correctly. Been coming to this location since 2018 and it’s the best in jax.
We ordered a grandê pink drink, was like $5.50. Most expensive cup of ice I've ever bought. What a shame. I can understand keeping the drink cold, but filling the entire cup with ice is completely overboard, I've attached pic, what do y'all think?
This place sucks!they have a walk up window but won’t take your order must use app. Took the time to add app and 10 minutes later put in my order. When I tried to pay Starbucks wanted to load $25 dollars onto their app and wouldn’t just let me pay for what I was ordering. That’s another strike against your company and I’m about done as a matter of principle
Now that there is a new Starbucks closer to my home, I don't visit this Starbucks location as often. However one of the things I love about this Starbucks, versus the one closest to me is that this Starbucks location is open an hour later! Yay! That is a major plus for me!
Horrible no coffee ground for garden and no pup cup unless you make a purchase. Question their community commitment. Starbucks, you sadden me.
I was looking for something sweet and didn't know what i wanted. The staff were so nice and helpful! They went through so many great options and what i ended up selecting was the perfect option. Wait time was minimal and quality was great!
