I was clear on my order I asked for extra creme came to the window asked again cause they said it's 2% if you put in extra creme you have to have light ice I wanted creme .they put 2% I took it and it was just all about communication...I did not know I should have just said use breva..im sorry but ...tell me what you have you didn't help me understand what is offered..
My favorite Starbucks to go hands down! Not only is it always the fastest drive thru but the customer service is by far the best in town! No matter who I’m greeted by they’re always polite, cheerful and patient.
Came here to meet a client. To my dismay, you cannot enter. The review photos show otherwise. Wishing that we had noticed the written reviews. It is solely a drive-thru. Never been to a "drive-thru only" SB. Had to completely reschedule my meeting. This needs to be listed as Starbucks Drive Thru on Google Maps so folks are aware.
First you can't even walk in which was already a negative. Starbucks is know for their cool and laid back atmosphere. The wifi and music of a real coffee house. Nope this was a drive thru only. The cashier was excellent but the drink was not. It tasted so weak. No chocolate or the essence of it. It didn't even taste as if coffee was in it. Asked for two additional pumps and it ended up in the trash. The coffee at my hotel room was better then here.
Everyone here is really sweet!
This location recently became drive thru only due to the area this store is located. With that said, I had an amazing experience here and I came towards the end of the day and the manager I spoke to Zaria was the sweetest person and needs a raise! She was so compassionate and explained the menu and gave me drink recommendations she was truly a kind soul and I hope she stays with the company because they need more people like her.
this location is always “temporarily closed”. I have lived in the area not even 2 months and get coffee everyday, I have gotten ONE coffee from the closest location to my house (which is this starbucks) and every other time it’s been closed!!! DO BETTER. don’t open the store until you guys know how to properly work the systems or just stay permanently closed cause you guys absolutely SUCK at being open and staying open. do better :)
My go to location! Kudos to Z, Terry, Alex, and Jordan, among others, for always starting my day with a smile and friendly greeting! I see folks are frustrated by the drive thru only, but safety for the team is paramount at this location and is much appreciated by this customer. Keep up the great job, All! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The drive-thru is insanely slow.
The last 5 times I've ordered a frappé it's been melted! I wish I was exaggerating. I had to order from Red Owl man! This Starbucks is only good for the pastries and those come pre packaged. -_- I cried today because of how mentally and physically exhausted I am. All I wanted was a small coffee and a Danish.... You dont mess with people's coffee man!!!!
