Went here two times (two days back to back while I was in town). Day one I ordered a tall iced carm mach. Went in on day two and the recognized me and immediately remembered what I ordered. I went with a Venti instead but the fact that he remembered was awesome considering how many people go there a day. He should probably get a raise. Coffee was good, place was clean.
Came in for something new, but also didn't know exactly what I wanted when I first ordered. Which was Straight three shots of espresso (thinking they'd make it like an iced coffee like I always visioned it) soon I received it I was stunted with the quantity I received and the barista offered to add some extra coffee to it, she to was concerned why I had ordered just three shots of espresso and nothing more. But it didn't help, so going back up to the counter, completely disappointed with what I received until she offered to rehash the entire order on the house! I left happy with an Iced Coffee and a egg cheese and sausage sandwhich. Five stars well deserved!
I am not a coffee person so I don't understand what all the hype is about. I have tried several of their pastries and have always been let down. Everything looks good in the display case, but the textures and flavors fall short.
This location may need to seek new baristas... There always seems to be issues - anywhere from not knowing or how to prepare the menu items, not having regular coffee available, not having the blonde machine clean & ready for use, to being plain & simple, disorganized. I prefer this location because it's closest to my home, but majority of the time I end up having to go to another location to fulfill my coffee requests. Please help this location get up to Starbucks standards!
Over the last year and a half the drive thru staff has changed a couple of times. I always order the same thing, a grande iced coffee and bacon egg bites. They have had me drive around for the egg bites so many times that I stopped going to this location. Even for coffee, they take FOREVER. One time we sat in the drive thru for 17 minutes. That's insane! Especially considering that there were only four cars in front of us. All in all.. we will go to another location or coffee shop along our drive to work.
Runs kinda slow in the mornings to the point where traffic spills onto Blanding Boulevard and if you're not in line by 8:30 and have to be at work by 9, nine times out of ten you're gonna be a few minutes late.... I don't do mobile orders with this location because I'm waiting even longer than in the drive thru window, which I find odd. Other than that, I like this location. My order always tastes right.
Love this location. I order ahead and my orders are always ready and the baristas are ALWAYS PLEASANT!
This Starbucks location is always fast and efficient and normally pretty friendly, too. I enjoy going here. This location has never messed up one of my drink orders.
Loved the coffee and lemon iced pound cake
First thing is why are you posting mask must be worn when the employee's are fixing food and drinks without gloves? Second, why are the employee's rubbing there head and looking at their cell phone and not washing their hands before getting back to work? Besides that, the drinks seemed like no one listened to the order at all. This hadn't been the first time we've had issues at this location.
