This is a drive through or walk up after app order only place. My tiny tear drop camper wouldn’t fit under the drive through bar so a as I had to order in the app.
So far, this location has offered excellent customer service and they do a good job on the drinks. No complaints. Just keep in mind that I always order via app and pick up in the drive through.
My pick up order wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be. I was standing there waiting for it and I think they did the drive thru orders first because it was busy. They knew I was waiting for it to because they said they were working on it and it would be right out. Doesn’t take 10 minutes to make two drinks.My blended drink was very liquidy. The person who made my drink set it on the table and quickly said sorry for the wait and walked away so it didn’t feel sincere But more like she was saying it because she thought she should.
Very satisfied with visit. Employees we're very customer service friendly. They got my order together fast and efficiently and when I made the mistake of ordering the wrong thing they were happy to fix it in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back.!!
I visited this location last Wednesday which turned out to be a bit of a rough day. However, Alex who made my drink in the morning legitimately made my day with the message she put on it! I would give a 5 star review because I always get great service but they need to get the drive thru straight. People pull up in front and act like they are going around the building but instead jump in line in front of you. It happened twice back to back. I had already been waiting 10 minutes. When I called to complain Kayla said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. I left and went to Dunkin Donuts. I'm an avid Starbucks latte drinker and am there everyday. I think they need to fix the drive thru to keep this from happening in the future. Some People have no courtesy these days.
Delivery drivers beware! Their inside isn’t open and they don’t allow orders picked up through the drive thru however the sign at the front says “Drive thru only”. The app instructions say “Pick up in store at the counter”. Sat in a drive thru line for over 20 minutes for nothing!!!!!!! They have a pick up window now for delivery & mobile orders however they don’t know how to communicate so hopefully you see this before you waste your time as well.
As a gold card member I have visited several starbucks and I've visited this one 3 times whenever I am in the area. And I wish it was closer. The drinks are beyond delicious. I would say closer to phenomenal. It brings shame to other starbucks. And I came 4 minutes before closing. Normally I would never go so late, however I had a migraine and the only thing that helps is sweet sugary coffee. Friday night, I want to say Alan was their name, taking our order and assured me it was okay to order right before closing. I expected the drink to not be as delicious since it was so late however it blew me away. Thank you to the stellar service and to whomever made my drink? thank you from the bottom of my heart. Perfection is hard to come by, but you nailed it.
Amazing friendly staff. They know me by name, and the drink is always amazing that I get! Very fast too. This is my go to before college classes. Definitely makes my morning!
This place will get you in-and-out of the drive-through pretty quick even when the line is really long. Everybody here has been really friendly every time I've been. Never had an issue except with ordering from Uber eats and there out of a lot of stuff.
