I ordered grande in a Venti Frappuccino on February 3rd,2026 at 1:47 pm. I ordered with picture of beverage label on it, the lady on the bar made completely wrong. It was Tall size in a Venti cup, I saw she dumped frappuccino from blender. I know she’s been there for a while I wish I knew her name. She was white. I told her this is not right and she talked back constantly, very rudely and I finally ask for a refund she’s like ok!! She didn’t even offer to remake it. This is very disappointing Starbucks experience. Her attitude was UNBELIEVABLE !! Please note that Starbucks is expensive, I only come once in a while to treat myself. Thankfully there were two kind baristas(guy and lady) made it right. From next time, if she’s there, I won’t order. She just don’t know what the standard.
Someone in the drive thru must have had a large order because we waited a ridiculously long time. Not their fault to be fair. However our breakfast was cold and my daughter’s iced coffee was watered down from sitting. The focaccia was not even warm and the cheese and egg were disgusting. Maybe, just maybe they should prep orders when the driver is waiting. To wait so long and then be disappointed in the food is inacceptable.
Today, I got a Tomato Mozzarella Focaccia Bread Sandwich and a Caramel Frap. At first bite, the sandwich was a tad dry, but that was before I got to the juicy tomatoes, super stretchy mozzarella, and sautéed spinach leaves(at least I think it was sautéed.) When I reached those toppings, my mouth was met with pure deliciousness as the flavors mixed together to form a perfect sandwich!🥪 Next, I’m going to talk about the Caramel Frappe. The caramel frappe I had this time tasted much better than the one I had last time. This one had the perfect blend of caramel and coffee flavors and the perfect frappe consistency. The only problem I had was that it had some ice on the bottom, but because the ice was the consistency of a slushy and tasted like caramel and coffee, I’m still giving it a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Also, the guy at the drive through window was amazing and gave us excellent service! I think this place was amazing and you should definitely visit if you’re in the area!🥖🍅
Best Starbucks in JAX! Extremely fast, especially with the amount of customers that come through here! Never had an order wrong, and are always ready to help the next person in line if needed!♡
Drive thru, good review & order straight. Next day, indoors, no chocolate in the mocha I paid & tipped for. Day after that, I tell the girl at register my mocha had no chocolate, she says they were busy, not even an offer to fix it, so I ordered a 1/2 decaf Americano w/ whole milk. I get it & she never wrote whole milk, & there wasn't any in it. I didn't notice, until I was down the street in traffic. Screwed again for already overpriced coffee. At least they're polite about it. Didn't go back.
First time stop while traveling through. Drive thru was large enough for a full sized truck....the Iced White chocolate mocha with extt shot was spot on and the bacon Gouda egg sandwich was good. The drive thru associate was so so nice, friendly and efficient.
I have been using this Starbucks as my study spot for the last 3 weeks for my big licensing exam. The atmosphere was so great and the workers are all so incredibly nice! It would get pretty busy sometimes and the workers were always kind and patient with the customers regardless of how busy it was. Overall, really great experience!
This is an experience and perception blog covering my experiences in the physical locations like this location and as an investor in Starbucks itself. Both are excellent and five stars. 🌠 I'll start by saying customer service is a hard field and they do an awesome job at the most basic element of them all: listening. They listen. Very recently I read in a major financial source to the effect that "Starbucks has lost their way." This is completely wrong. I go here frequently and it's always excellence. Coffee and everything else. I can't think of a cleaner and functional restaurant experience, including their well designed app that clearly demonstrates this. Again, five stars. Same experience as an investment. Their reporting is functional, accurate and not all high flying that seems to define the markets. It's a five star investment as well. ☕
We arrived three minutes before closing, even though they were already lowering the shutters, and they still served us. The drinks were delicious and the cashier was attentive. It didn't seem like we were the last customers.
The only Starbucks near me and it’s the worst. Mobile orders are never ready on time coffee tastes like tap water! Like where is the coffee taste, is it instant coffee?? I only went back because the last time they told me I had to wait for 22 drinks to be made before my order would be ready. But I will not be going back to this location.
