This is the closest Starbucks to my house, and consistently one the worst ones I’ve experienced across the country. A few problems with this place: 1. Cleanliness. The place smells bad. Dirty rags and trash on the floor make the place smell putrid. 2. Health/safety. Workers observed simultaneously preparing food items, cleaning parts and taking customer orders all at the register! No gloves and disinfectant sprayed right next to the dried fruit for the refreshers. Beware! 3. Slow service. Even during non-rush hours you’re gonna be waiting an LONG time even for a simple order. So if you’re in a rush go to Dunkin down the road. 4. Poor quality. You’ve got a 50/50 chance of something being wrong with the order or just straight up poorly made. 3. The worker Myles is rude and unprofessional. He took up an entire table to restock the merchandise shelf when there were customers looking for a seat. He also expressed his frustrations in the store when asked to help with a customers order. I understand people get frustrated but don’t make someone feel bad for ordering coffee. It’s your job.
Staff not particularly Friendly and the Cafe just seems like it's not clean. On this visit, i noticed dirty napkins on three of the tables. Not a huge deal but it's not a welcoming or appealing atmosphere to have a cup of coffee.
We stopped at multiple Starbucks across Florida while we’re out for work! Fast service. Got the chicken pocket and passion tea lemonade. Friendly faces. Clean restrooms! Right off the highway great location.

He was so refreshingly positive & upbeat throughout my entire ordering process with a cheerful demeanor and welcoming smile at the window! 40 min wait for drinks. Go through the drive-thru. It seems insane, but it IS faster. Please get some more employees! At least 6-7 needed per shift with how busy this location is. One lady next to me has been waiting 20 mins for a hot tea, which in other stores is made by the person taking orders. There are at least 18 people standing or sitting waiting for drinks.
Very friendly and prompt service. Barry, the shift supervisor, took my order and was particularly kind, cheerful and helpful!
Nathan was so extremely helpful with me tonight. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and he was fully accommodating and so friendly about everything. I highly recommend. My chai tea tasted great and the customer service was superb. 10/10
The person at the window was not polite, friendly, nor did she thank me. I will never shop at this location again. And…..,Starbucks, don’t ask me to tip employees who are doing there jobs. Pay them more.
I always have a wonderful experience with starbucks. The staff is very friendly and professional and it's the perfect start to my day. Thank you for all the hard work.
