I like the convenience of this Starbucks, but the service feels rushed. They never provide a bag for to-go orders, and when I ask, the staff seems stressed. Today, condiments were placed directly on top of my food, which felt unsanitary. This location could benefit from a review of its health and safety practices.
With the idea of "Starbucks is trying to return to its roots.", the Clover coffee brew wasn't part of Starbucks' roots. Early in the day, I would look forward to stopping in and ordering a delicious tasting dark roast old time drip coffee. This is no longer the case. The Clover system has been installed which is nothing more than the k-cups. Yuk!
Horrible customer service. All 4 ladies working at 11:30am on 10/22 didn’t even acknowledge customer walking through the door. If you don’t wanna serve coffee get another job!
This is a $12 dollar drink, how many sips do you think I got?
Store says it opens at 4:30am online. I went just after 7 and there was nobody there. The drive through menu was also not even showing a display. I saw nobody inside the store through the windows at all
My drink was 90% milk. I ordered a splash not 3/4 of a cup. It was horrible. The young lady was pleasant but clueless as to how to prepare the drink I ordered.
They don’t take the time to mix the sugar or agave. It makes it impossible when no straw is given to enjoy what should be a homogenized drink. =(
I just HATE what they did to this interior remodel. It used to be a beautiful design with upper windows and inviting seating for community gathering. It was worth dealing with the restrictive parking and drive thru access. Now awkward traffic inside ordering/pickup and seating was butchered. Used to go all the time but only once since renovated. I realize they are maximizing drivethru at the expense of lobby service in response to competition only offering drivethru. But I don’t order there either.
