Today they gave me a dirty cup. I got the coffee today (August 29th) between 2 and 3 pm. I found it very unhygienic and kind of disgusting!
I'm a regular, great service and friendly. But the delivery truck blocked me in.. And couldn't leave till delivery was done.. Watch out be careful don't let it happen to you..
Young, immature staff. I’ve been going to Starbucks 3-4x a week for years and I’ve always been met with kindness and exceptional service. However, this morning was very different. I went through the drive-thru at 5:15a and ordered a caramel macchiato (my usual) and I mentioned to the young woman at the window that it doesn’t taste like a caramel macchiato and maybe I received someone else’s drink. There was not a sticker with my order on the cup, so there was no way of knowing whose drink this was or what was inside. She looked at me with a sarcastic smirk and turned around to tell the young man who made the drink that I said it was wrong. Then, when she thought she had turned around enough to where I couldn’t see her face, she proceeded to roll her eyes and laugh with the young man about my “complaint”. Then, she didn’t bother to fix her face or mask her immature response prior to turning back around to let me know he’d be remaking the drink. In fact, she sarcastically laughed and walked away as I was trying to tell her not to worry about it. I went to Dunkin’ instead. Their coffee may not be good, but at least they didn’t laugh at me for a simple, fixable error.
Imagine showing up 1 minute early for an online order through the drive through and the associates being RUDE because you showed up 1 min early. I’m sorry? Next time, I’ll place my order at the window and it’ll take the SAME AMOUNT of time to make the order I place on site. Rude staff, no common sense to go around.

I did a mobile order a few minutes ago and had the rudest drive thru attendant. First, she let me know at the order board that staff still working on my order and to pull around. I was ok with that. There were about 4 cars in front of me allowing enough time to prepare my food order (I thought). I get to the window and tell her my name and she went to look for my items. She handed me my drinks and apologized for the wait and walked off. I waited about 3-4 minutes and she came back to the window with the next person's order. She looked at me annoyed and asked what I was waiting for which I let her know that I am waiting on a sandwich and pocket. She appeared confused but went to track down my order. She came back with the Falafal pocket I ordered and tossed it at me( at least that is how it felt) and attempted to walk off again but I told her I was waiting on a baguette sandwich. Appearing frustrated, she went and found that and gave it to me. I received no napkins, no straws, no nothing. I was not going to write this but I felt awful after that encounter. I understand people being under pressure and stress but please take a break if you need one and then go back to providing good customer service. Thank you!

I cannot comment on food or atmosphere because I always use the drive-through. I wish all service industries had such excellent customer service, which is expressed in that tone of the voice and the expressions on their face. The staff at the window are always Respectful, friendly, kind , welcoming, and efficiently fast. Great people!!!
One of the smaller locations so can get a bit cramped if u go inside and drive thru backs up fairly often, but love the staff at this location
The Starbucks on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville fl is amazing. This morning I was waiting for my food and accidentally knocked my whole drink into the trash. Johnny saw it and immediately got Chris to make me a new drink and was so kind!! The whole team made my morning
